Prime location - low pricePosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Location, cleanliness, size of room, amenities.
Location: 2 blocks from French Quarter. Restaurants, shops, and bars galore.
Booked hotel with 1 friend for Halloween. Had some trouble finding the parking garage, but this was easily solved by calling George at the front desk. Parking was cheap ($17/day) compared to other hotels in the area. In and out privileges were offered for parking garage. Was checked in by George at the front desk. He was very friendly and even upgraded our room. The man who carried our luggage up was also very friendly. All front desk staff very friendly, offering a "hello" and a smile whenever entering or exiting the building. I booked this room for the lower price and good reviews. For the price, it was in a great location. 2 blocks from French Quarter. My friend and I did not feel unsafe walking to / from the hotel. The upgraded room was very impressive. Clean and large. Included a separate bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was above average and included both cold and hot options. I definitely would stay at this hotel again, and recommend this hotel to any person wanting to be close to all the action of New Orleans at a reasonable price.

Just Close Enough!Posted Oct 21, 2013
We chose the Quality Inn because it was right on the outskirts of the French Quarter. We did not bargain for the top quality customer service we received. We arrived one hour early. The manager apologized for not having the rooms ready. It was not a problem, however, he upgraded our rooms to suites. Everyone was professional, attentive, and extremely pleasant. We'll stay there from now on.

Just outside the Quarter and perfectly located.Posted Oct 16, 2013
Upon arrival received a pleasant greeting by staff and the manager came out and upgraded all four rooms to suites. It was nice to have the breakfast in the morning as part of the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable bed. Front desk even provided bottled water--no charge. Hotel made arrangements for taxi on day of departure. Great stay and I would stay again!!

The staff was EXCELLENTPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Some of the breakfast items served could have been a little better, but it was free.
Location: Superdome, French Quarter, Casino, Tours
We booked our stay the day before at the last minute to attend a Saints game. We showed up 2 hours before check-in time. The bellman pulled us up to the curb and took us inside to check in. They said to wait a couple minutes so they could see if the room was ready. The bellman helped bring in our luggage then walked outside to show my husband where the parking garage was about half a block away. By the time he got back from parking (which was only $15) they had our room ready. To our surprise, they had upgraded us to a suite for no reason. It was a very nice room. We were very pleased with the super nice staff. The room was clean. It was only one block from Canal St...in walking distance to every thing. We will go back...just wish they had a pool.

Nice hotel, close enough to walk to bourbon St.Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The staff, the free breakfast, it's close to the casino and bourbon. The staff, the cleanest, it didn't have that old stiff smell like some hotels
Cons: It's absolutely perfect! I wouldn't change a thing
Location: Location is awesome, it's a store right across the street, the mall is only 6 blocks which is a walking distance. Bourbon st is only 3 blocks down
The hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice. My husband and I always stay at the quality inn when were in New Orleans. You actually get more then what you paid for here!
