The staff was very friendly and gracious. We received excellent advice about what to see and where to eat. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were fair and only fairly clean. The beds were of average comfort. Yrsveler

Very good location, friendly staff, good valuePosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Staff, breakfast, location
Cons: Beds, room decor
Location: Close to multiple trolley lines. Close to Bourbon street, as well.
Stayed 4 nights at this hotel, and it was our first visit to New Orleans. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a 5-star hotel by any means...kinda dated decor and rooms were sufficient. It was nice to have a fridge and kitchen area. Bed was a little firm, but not terrible. The thing that made the stay worthwhile was the staff. Very friendly, always willing to give recommendations. Whenever we returned, one of them would greet us and ask how our day went. Breakfast was a nice touch...nothing huge, but enough for us in the morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again...excellent value for the price and location.

Fair location.Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Room & the staff were great
Cons: Breakfast was ok, eggs overcooked, Low fat is my diet, the only thing available was oatmeal ,skim milk & fruit. Light Yogurt could be be added.
Location: In walking distance to Canal St, to catch the trolley to Bourbon St. & all sights. Nothing in the area to see until you get to the Trolley.
Advertised as in the French quarter but it wasn't. It was within walking distance to Bourbon St. Staff was courteous & very helpful pointing out sights to see. Check in was at 3:00 pm, we arrived there at 9:00 am due to our River cruise & they allowed us to leave our luggage there all day. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in New OrleansPosted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, and comfort.
Cons: The lobby gets a bit congested with people checking out and loading vehicles, but it's a busy hotel and understandable.
Location: Walking distance to most of New Orleans' attractions.
Quality Inn had everything necessary to make our New Orleans stay complete. The staff was professional, friendly and there to help at all times. I would stay there again. Price was right too.

Room for the nightPosted Feb 28, 2015
I got into NO late because my train was late. I had found out a few hours earlier that my train out would not leave until the next morning. So a couple of hours before getting to NO, I booked a room through Hotels.com. When I arrived, the hotel desk clerk said he had several rooms available but the room I had booked via Hotels.com was an inside room without windows. When I got to the room, I found it to be so small and cramped that it was difficult to move around. The room reminded me of a Motel 6 room, but since I was only going to be there a few hours, I keep the room -- it was late and I was very tired. In the morning the breakfast bar was suppose to open at 6:30am. At 6:30am there was no one available to open the bar, so I had to depart for my train without any breakfast! To me, the staff appeared to take their jobs as a joke. If I was going to return to NO, I would not consider this hotel.

Hotel très bien situé à proximité du french quarter. Très calme et ceci est appréciable par rapport à l'animation de la rue Bourbon le soir. Le parking est proche pour la voiture et il y a un bon restaurant italien pas très loin. Bon petit déjeuner.
