“Satisfactory”
I was impressed with the provided breakfast. Several kinds of coffee, oj, and milk. Several cereal options plus mini muffins, some excellent danishes, and bread for toasting. The room was small but adequate. Enjoyed the magnifying make-up mirror and full length mirrored closet doors. Bed pillows and blankets were not excellent but were satisfactory. In room coffee pot was also appreciated. Ice machines on several floors did not work and I seemed to be able to hear running water all night long.
“Satisfactory for what I was looking for.”
Overall a nice hotel. The continental breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and polite. There were a few things that could be improved upon. The door handle to my room (912) was loose and made it difficult to get the key card to work. The bath mat was removed after my first night and never replaced. Also the hand towels were removed after my 2nd night and not replaced. There were restaurant adds in the in-room binder that are no longer in business. I wasted time walking around looking for 2 restaurants only to find out they were either boarded up or replaced by another restaurant.
“Not bad”
Room was OK except for the TV the remote didn't work no channel guide and half of the stations didn't work and it was only a 19 inch TV.
“Great Value”
We had a two double bed accomodation for a one night stay. Perfect for our specific use. Room and bath were large enough to satisfy our needs, to bathe and sleep over after a night out enjoying NO. Great location to be within the main tourist venues. Room was discounted for this specific night and represented a great value for the price offered. The only issue, and it wasn't even something that I would qualify as unacceptable, was the time it took for the valet to return from parking a guest auto to pick up ours. We had to find and park somewhere temporarily because there wasn't any valets there initially to give instruction. One of NO finest poloitely asked us to move from in front of where we were unloading our bags

“Loved It!!!”
This hotel was perfectly placed, especially for the trolley cars! The maids were friendly and attentive, as were the hotel staff. Our stay in New Orleans was fabulous. And I would definetly recommend the Queen and Crescent Hotel!!
“Not impressed.”
I love New Orleans, but wouldn't stay at this hotel again. They did not have our rooms per our reservation. Gave us what they had and one of those rooms had a bad leak in the bathroom ceiling. Still charged us the same amount which I thought was ridiculous. The valet parking was a joke when we arrived. It took a long time for someone to come and take care of our vehicle. The next morning I stood in the rain while the attendant had the keys and waited for a tip before i could have them. Like I said, won't be back there again!!!
“Overbooked”
Hotel did not have my double room available until the second night. Room was too small for a rollaway that they sent. After an uncomfortable night night things improved when my correct room was available. Pillows are really bad though.
