safe location

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Looks a little shabby in the hallways but under new management and currently upgrading withnew carpet and paint. The rooms are very nice-up to date..
Close to I-10. 5-10 min from CBD. 20 minutes from garden district and uptown areas. Lots of shopping nearby. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms normally run 99.00 a night. I used to live in New Orleans and chose this hotel for safety of location.

With new management the price has seemed to have gone up but the amenities are the same.

Under Renovation

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Some of the staff
Cons: Everything else, including some of staff, particularly, early morning front desk personnel.
Location: In the heart of Metairie, near lots of different food opportunities, but inconvenience of access made one less willing to explore.
Hotel undergoing major renovation! Unable to get 2 rooms on same floor for daughter and myself. Staff tried hard, but it should be closed, completed then reopened!

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Zimmer,Sauberkeit,Lage
