3 night stay at the Royal St. CharlesPosted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: The location was great. We were close to the French Quarter and many excellent restaurants.
Cons: A continental breakfast or restaurant would have been nice since it poured rain the whole time we were there.
Location: The location was great. We were close to the French Quarter and many excellent restaurants.
We were not happy with the room we got since one of the other travelers with us had a totally different room with more room, a couch and a closet. Our room had no additional room, no couch, and a free standing closet which took up more room for the same price. We nicely complained to the front desk and they did not hesitate to give us a room like our friends had. I think our original room was supposed to be one of the better rooms because of the view but we would rather have the additional room as opposed to a better view especially since it was downtown New Orleans.

OutstandingPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Staff and location
Location: Bourbon Street, Bourbon Street!
What a friendly staff....Ralph and the front desk ladies were so polite, friendly, and accomodating. Would come back and recommend to anyone. This is how a hotel should be.

Not the best place to stay.Posted Apr 14, 2015
Room was super small. Outdated. Not clean. As usual, the pictures on the website looked phenomenol but that wasn't the case at all. Will definitely not stay there again.

Very conviently located! Trolley stop right therePosted Apr 14, 2015
Perfect location for all the sight seeing you would like to accomplish while down there! Very friendly hotel staff! Close to everything. Only noise is the trolley at times, but who cares that is part of the city life there!

Great location, clean, modernPosted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: Clothes closet space is adequate for one person, but would be cramped for two or more. Only five clothes hangers were provided which is inadequate.
Location: Close to almost everything.
The hotel is located close to everything I wanted to see. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel décor is very nice and modern. Very clean and well kept. Fast elevator service.

Location was great!Posted Apr 8, 2015
We've stayed at numerous hotels in the French quarter. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel doesn't offer many amenities that we are accustomed too but I would stay again.

Close to the French QuarterPosted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Staff and proximity to the French Quarter
Cons: Clearly stating the amount per day of the resort charge that needs to be paid on arrival, and that it is not included in the price of the hotel.
Polite staff and easy to walk to the major areas of New Orleans.
