Hotel is in great condition and room was very comfortable. Only complaint was the parking was full and had to park several block away and walk.

First of all the staff was wonderful and super accommodating. We checked in and the room smelled like maybe a dog had gone potty in the room multiple times. So we told the staff and they moved us rooms and the second one smelled of mold or mildew like maybe they’re having some moisture issues. We were only there for like 12 hours so we decided to just keep the room. Fairly good location

The hotel was busy because of NYE and the Sugar bowl which is fine but they we were shorted towels, pillows and the breakfast was average; coffee was hit or miss. The staff ignored our “do not disturb “ which was frustrating. The courtyard was closed and the hotel layout was odd— long walk from the elevator to our room.

Overall ok, stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom suite with 1 bathroom. I thought it would have 2, bit disappointed for that. Also thought there was a kitchenette. The price was a bit much. Parking was also a bit much.

It was a great stay, the staff was amazing, the daytime noise from construction was a bit disruptive.
The only issue wity the room is since the couch is cloth you could see multiple stains.
Otherwise, breakfast was great and parking was easy.

Staff and people working at the hotel were great. But our room faced a nightclub that played music until I think it was 6 am one night and there were so many people outside just doing and selling drugs and the police had to come and sit there to monitor but when they left it just started back up. Kinda wild and wish we didn’t feel the music bass all night in our bed. Not the hotels fault, but wow I can’t believe the city actually allowed that

Like the convenience of parking although it came at a premium cost. It was comforting to know my car was safe and conveniently located. The rooms were comfortable though a bit small. We had a balcony which was nice except it overlooked a construction area

I stay in different Marriot hotels in different states for work and leisure. On average, I use Marriot at least once every month either myself or with my husband. Most locations are very flexible and understanding with the changing plans especially for work reasons. I was surprised that this location did not want to reimburse 2 nights out of 7 days stay when I called back from work. I provided a very early and convenient notice to leave two days early and even though I was able to get a reimbursement it was a real after and after a long talk and multiple calls from Expedia. Therefore, I am very disappointed in a way since I chose Marriot always not only because it is clean and safe but also allow me some flexibility for majorly for work reasons when I can provide an early notice.
