Good quiet location. Close but not too close.Posted Jul 19, 2014
Enjoyed staying here. The associates are awesome people who love and enjoy their city. Close enough to restaurants to walk to. Close to the river walk Mall too. Parking was safe and secure.

Drove our personal vehicle, forced to pay $30 per night for valet parking, the car was returned with the front bumper damaged. Staff argued that it was "old" damage and they didn't do it. We know for a fact it wasn't there before because we had valet parking in the previous nights hotel and checked the car over before driving away.

Nice hotel near convention centerPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Breakfast included, washers/dryers on each floor, location to convention center.
Cons: Safes in room
Location: Convention center, outlet mall, aquarium, casino, and lots of restaurants
We we in town for a convention and the hotel was close by. Breakfast area was nice and it was a nice way to start the day. Riverwalk outlet mall and street car station was right next to the convention center. Made getting around easier. The rooms were nice but I wished the frig had a freezer part and I wish the rooms had safes, but other then that, we had no problems with the room. Would definetly stay again.

Bachelorette WeekendPosted Jun 17, 2014
A group of 11 were here for a Bachelorette weekend, the hotel was perfect for our needs, nice pool access free morning breakfast, clean comfy beds. It is a little off the beaten path if you want to be on Bourbon Street every night, but for the price we walked the 8-10 blocks. Friendly hotel staff.

Nice, noisy nightsPosted Jun 15, 2014
If you are going to party all might you won't care. But the noise is loud from the street. The motel is quite nice. The city bus stops closer than the trolley.

Nice stayPosted Jun 12, 2014
We enjoyed one night stay. It was nice to stay in this area of N.O. It's away from all the noise and "sights", but a very quick, easy walk over to catch the street car line to the Riverfront or French Quarter. The area is still under a lot of construction, but we were never bothered by it. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within a short walking distance and excellent shopping within walking distance at Canal Place. We had 3 kids in tow and found the location and staff very accommodating and pleasurable. The hotel has its own parking garage attached, which was very convenient. We parked there for $25 and walked and rode the street car easily everywhere we needed The pool was great in the evening after our early dinner and the breakfast was wonderful and includes egg, bacon, and the works! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was not luxurious by any means, but it was nice and clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, and the toilet in our room was very noisy after flushing. If you can put up with those minor inconveniences for the price, I would definitely give this hotel a try! It was safe, clean, convenient, with very friendly staff, a pool, hot tub, workout room and full complimentary breakfast.

Great except for one thingPosted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: The convenience to where I needed to go as well as Bourbon Street, the Convention Center, and the boardwalk-kind-of-place was great.
Cons: Just that room I was in. It was a bit of an annoyance given how little time I had for sleep given the length of my days.
Location: The National World War II Museum, some other museums, Bourbon Street, and the Convention Center are all very close by.
This hotel was extremely convenient to the National World War II Museum, which was the point of my visit. The hotel itself was quite nice. Breakfast was good, the ambiance was good, the room was very nice, but... my room was evidently next to a compressor of some sort. The room faintly vibrated and a drone like a large homeowner-grade compressor's motor running was constant throughout my entire stay, making getting to sleep a bit of a problem. I think this was limited to just my room, so I wouldn't judge the hotel on that.

Close to everything--therefore a little noisyPosted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: location, free breakfast, clean and modern
Cons: noise levels from outside
Location: Close to a lot of fun things to do in New Orleans
Great and easy place to stay for a quick visit to New Orleans. Our room had a lot of extra bedding (two pull out beds) in addition to the king bed. Great if going with a group or traveling as a family. New Orleans is a fun town--therefore things can be a bit noisy! Can hear some of the action from a few neighboring bars at night from the windows. Otherwise an easy, pleasant place to stay. The free breakfast in the morning was also a huge plus!
