Nice location in Downtown New Orleans
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: location
Cons: condition of the rooms i.e bedspread and sofa
Location: French Quarters, shopping and restaurants are close
I have stayed with StayBridge before and it appears that the condition of the hotel itself has gone down a bit. The bedspreads were shabby and the sofa had an odor.

Great location, outstanding quality / price ratio
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Our room was very confortable, and the hotel has a great location. It is very close to Harrah's Casino and Bourbon, and the street is not as crowded ad Canan Street. There may be better big name hotels out there, but when you compare quality / price, the hotel is outstanding. Also, our room was amazing.

Weekend escape
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: The room and cleanliness.
Cons: Breakfast buffet, not the choices but the temperature of the food.
Location: Everyhting was within walking distance, shopping, casino, restaurants,Bourbon St.
Everything was great until breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was great, location great but breakfast buffet was ok. The food was cold except for the waffles which had to be made. The longest line was to the microwave to warm up the eggs, grits, biscuits and sausage, not sure what the problem was. Other than that everything was great and would stay here again.

Good location
Posted Jan 25, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking at the hotel was not available when we checked in. However, we were able to park in a lot across the street which was a few dollars cheaper.
Location: Centrally located, many great restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance.
This is a very centrally located place to stay if you want to be in the Warehouse/Downtown/French Quarter area of New Orleans. It was within walking distance to the Convention Center, many great restaurants, and it was easy to travel from there to other areas. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice, friendly Hotel.

Cons: earlier weekend breakfast.
Location: You can walk anywhere!
Great location, you can walk everywhere. The staff, from the front desk people to the maintenance workers, are friendly and personable. The breakfast spread is excellent, but opening earlier than 7:30am on weekends would be nice. One of the elevators didn't work, which at times was an inconvenience, but not awful. You got a chance to small talk with other guests! The parking garage can be tricky, leave your Escalade at home.

Clean, comfortable. Pleasant staff. Great location
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: See above.
Cons: One of two elevators was out of service for our entire 4-day stay. Not a big deal, but with 18 floors, it did slow things down a bit.
Location: "Mother's" restaurant, literally right across the street, was always very well-attended (often a line out the door).
Very close to French Quarter, but just far enough for some peace and quiet when we left the Quarter. Rooms comfortable and clean, staff very pleasant, free breakfast pretty good (make-your-own fresh waffles, with strawberries and whipped cream...really good). I'd go back.

Quiet and nice!
Posted Jan 26, 2013
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Old, worn out towels.
Location: Within walking distance of the Riverfront, Harrahs casino and the French Quarter.
This was a great place to stay. It was close to all of the area attractions but located in a quiet are. We purchased a two day Hop On/Hop Off bus pass and there was a pick up location right across from the hotel which was really convenient. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. Some updates to the rooms should be made but as a whole it is in pretty good shape.

requested different room, no problem
Posted Jan 19, 2013
Cons: please put luggage stands in the rooms, we were staying 2 nights, no need to unpack, but no place to put our suitcases.
Room key did not work, while attempting to get it to work heard a small dog barking and the room was at the elevator hall, returned to the front desk, requested a different room, we were accommodated with no problems. The breakfast was good, lot's of choices. Clean, and quiet.
