This is brand new renovated property and I checked personally I didn’t see any bugs in the room also after staying whole night you checked out and later you coming for refund sorry my friend.

Not bad for a roadside stopover. The little italian restaurant around the corner, Randazzos, is great so theres good food nearby. Clean but a little disorganized in the front office.

The parking lot was dirty and crowded. We stayed two nights. Had trouble finding a parking spot both nights. The first night wasn't too bad. The next morning we left and when we came back there was water coming from under the floor by the door to the bathroom. I went to the office to see what could be done. An HOUR later I finely was given and room. I do understand the hotel was busy for a saturday.

There was no hot water in the room. The bathroom was not clean and had a bad odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and you should see the pool. It looked like a swamp and was closed for a very long time judging by the looks of things. The manager refused to acknowledge there was no hot water and he was indifferent about the filthy bathroom and poor condition of the property. We checked in at about 10:30 PM on Thursday night and checked out at 7 AM the next morning. We paid for two nights but the hotel wouldn't refund us for the second day even though we had to leave the place due to it's poor condition. I will NEVER pay up front to stay at another hotel without first seeing the room and the property. I learned my lesson this time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The area is dirty. Not sure when the last time the outside of the building was cleaned. I booked four guests in the room and asked for extra towels and was told no. I asked for clean towels 3 times and finally had to walk my dirty towels downstairs to exchange them for clean ones. They refused to give me extra. The refrigerator was broken too. The customer service was awful!

No coffee service/pot in the room. Breakfast was negligible and consisted of some cheap pastries and cereal. There's really not much to it. Other than that it served it's purpose. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. I would have put a do not disturb sign on my door as I normally due when I'm out of room, but there was none there to place. Key cards stopped working after the first day and desk said it was happening very frequently (just had to have him reset, despite keeping them well away from my phone). Overall it served it's purpose if you want to save some $ and get a place to sleep.

Check in was horrible. Super 8 did not have our reservation and the employee said we are full and I dont see your reservation. It took 20 minutes to finally find our reservation and then he put us in an occupied room which startled the occupant. The front desk emplyee finally found a smoking room eith ashtrays though we asked for nonsmoking. He also did not put us in a king sized bed room but one with double beds. The front desk clerk never took responsibility for anything.

I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them zero! The check in was difficult, the room was filthy and the front desk told me to clean it. The fixtures were falling apart, the water wouldn’t shut off, the tv didn’t work, THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED. I would have been better sleeping in my car and cleaning myself at a car wash.

Conveniently close to the city, but I had requested a ground floor due to limited mobility and was booked on the 3rd floor, fortunately they do have an elevator but my room was on the far end away from it. And the noise level from the highway was very prominent.

Advertised new renovations. Bathroom door is literally off the hinge and painted and rusted. Beds wet comfortable. House keeping wakes you up at 8 am.

Room was clean and comfortable but my Bluetooth speaker was stolen while I was working one night, i triple checked my luggage, room and my vehicle to make sure i didn’t mis place the speaker, I asked the lady at the front desk if someone could check the security cameras to see who entered my room the first 2 nights of my stay, I was working nights and was in the room during the day and had dnd sigh on door the entire time but she never got back with me. Very disappointing

Room was shabby. Bathroom door was completely broken at the bottom hinge and would not close. Room was a bit shabby. I won’t be using them anymore.

It was clean and that was about all that was good about it. It had no indoor pool or hot tub and the hotel had the outdoor pool closed for the season. The beds were rock hard. It hurt my ribs to lay on it. The door had been jimmied before and just painted over. The tavern across the street was entertaining to watch the fights in the parking lot. We didnt get breakfast so i cant tell you if it existed or not. What a waste of my points.
