Super 8 was super closePosted Apr 13, 2015
My friends and I stayed for a weekend and got a great deal on this one compared to some others. The hotel staff was completely awesome in showing customer service and even giving great recommendations for things we wanted to do/see. One flaw was the pool, guess it's not fully summer so there wasn't any cleaning or getting into it. Another was the rooms being outdated. The television had this purple hue on it and the bathroom was a lil worn. No question on being sanitary because it was definitely clean, just outdated. Honestly if the bathrooms & lighting were updated, this place would be flawless. I still would recommend for the money AND if you're going to be out and about regardless. Might not want to pay too much on a room you're barely going to be in :P

Ok for the value conscious.Posted Mar 16, 2015
Staff was friendly. Room were clean as possible. This is an older hotel and a remodel is due and beds weren't too comfortable but for the price it was acceptable. Cheapest major chain hotel in New Orleans. Would stay again.

Standard Super 8Posted Mar 3, 2015
I just got totally spoiled nite before at Shreveport Horseshoe Resort, where I got Expedia secret unknown 4 star hotel deal for $29! Only two four star hotels there. We got super $349 room for $29 ! Super 8 nice expected room... place to shower & sleep. On I-10. Only down side was it was right next to employee lounge / breakfast room... With the normal thin walls, you cud hear talking and TV all night... not bad cause I was tired I guess. It shud be a $29 room not $59.

nice hotel near womens hospitalPosted Feb 8, 2015
Cons: tight around bed for wheel chair
Location: convenient to city, airport and interstates
We got a very good value for a modest price where we wanted to be. It was within 300Yds of Tulane Womens hospital on I-10 and convenient to restaurants and city. We had a very nice handicap room after the efficient staff relocated us from a nearby room where the heater did not work on a cold Feb night. Good breakfast and would return
