“Regal and refined hotel with outstanding service”
Large rooms and comfort maintained well in one of America's historic cities.
“Excellent hotel”
This was our first time at the Windsor Court. It was excellent in every way. I would highly recommend it.
“Honeymoon Bliss!!”
Upon arrival, we noticed how beautiful the courtyard was. I had requested a king sized bed and bottle of champagne to celebrate our first day of our honeymoon. I wasn't expecting to receive an upgrade for a suite along with champagne and delicious chocolate dipped strawberries. At night, the staff turned down our bed and layed his/her bathrobes and candy on the bed for us. We were always greeted with a kind hello and asked how our trip was going. We plan to renew our vows at this very spot in the future and already have had friends who say they plan to visit this establishment. This has to be the nicest, friendliest hotel I've ever stayed. Our honeymoon was one to never forget and our traveling experience with Expedia was remarkable. in facft, I'm researching a trip we can take in two weeks with the kids!!
“Excellent hotel for the business traveler”
Service and attitude of staff is very good; rooms are very comfortable; very nice pool; excellent food; music in the Windsor Court Bar was excellent especially the amazing jazz quartet with Mario Abney, jazz trumpet.
“Windsor needs work”
Not worth the money. Housekeeping poor, quality and condition of the hotel poor. Way over-priced!
“A great stay”
I had a double room. The service was excellent. Everyone was polite and very happy to help you. I thought the parking was a little much but most hotels in the areas were about the same. The room comforters were outdated but clean. You are near everything. The attendants were very prompt and they were quick to service you. Overall, it was a great stay.
“Huge suites.”
We loved it so much we stayed another night. Friendly staff. Huge suite. With a family of 5 we were all so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Pricy, but amazing.
“INCREDIBLE STAFF”
MY HUSBAND AND I WERE CELEBRATING OUR 40TH ANNIVERSARY. THIS WAS OUR 3RD VISIT TO NEW ORLEANS, THE 1ST FOR THE COUPLE THAT TRAVELED WITH US FROM CALIFORNIA. THIS HOTEL'S STAFF MADE OUR STAY ONE WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER. WE WANT TO STAY IN A HOTEL THAT HAS THE PERSONALITY OF THE CITY WE ARE VISITING AND THE WINDSOR COURT SAYS 'NEW ORL'NS' WITH ALL ITS HISTORY AND BEAUTY, BUT WHAT SETS THIS HOTEL APART IS THEIR INCREDIBLE STAFF. OUR SUITES WERE EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT...SIZE, BEAUTY, VIEW, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT AND CHAMPAGNE FROM THE HOTEL WAITNG FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY WELL TRAINED AND ALL MADE US FEEL THAT THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING TO MAKE OUR STAY MEMORABLE. THEY MADE DINING SUGGESTIONS AND THEN OUR RESERVATIONS, WE WERE NEVER DISAPPOINTED. TAXIS WERE ALWAYS WAITING FOR US. STAFF GAVE US TIPS ABOUT WHAT TO SEE AND INTERESTING HISTORY LESSONS. TURN DOWN SERVICE FIRST RATE. ROOM SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND EVEN BROUGHT US COMPLIMENTARY BREAD PUDDING WITH CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF, THEY DESERVE THEIR STARS! IF YOU WANT A HOTEL THAT CATERS TO ALL YOUR NEEDS AND WILL MAKE YOUR STAY IN NEW ORLEANS REMARKABLE..THIS IS THE PLACE.
“Avoid this hotel”
This hotel was dated -- the rooms were not clean. We had to pay 100 extra to get a club level room that we slightly better. I have stayed at many four or five star hotels, and this one was among the worst.
“Great experience”
My husband and I stayed here for Mardi Gras. From the moment we drove up with our two large dogs to the day we drove away, we were treated like truly welcome guests. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel is pet friendly and very accomodating to our dogs. The location is great, near parade routes, the Convention Center and the Quarter. The accomodations were lovely and had everything to meet our needs. We would definately stay here again.
