Old hotel with minimum amenitiesPosted Feb 25, 2015
I was there for a card players tournament and came early to relax . Tv was small -maybe 36 inches and fuzzy for viewing. Bed was very comfortable. Personal towel from previous guest was left in room. Ad in Expedia says dine in or room service. Not true. Restaurant next door. Misleading advertising. Parking was expensive.

Decent hotelPosted Feb 22, 2015
Cons: Parking is located under the hotel and belongs to it. Why do they make paying guests, pay more for parking $20.00 ~ $30.00 / day + 15% taxes on it.
5 minutes walk from the Bourbon Street on the French Quarter.

Hidden FeesPosted Feb 20, 2015
I book this Hotel on Expedia they told me one Price, but when I arrived at the Hotel it was a different amount. Then they charged me for armbands $20 dollars a day when they said it was a one time for security to get on the premises I was told. I called 4 days before my trip to make sure everything was ok and never was notified about all the extra charges. There communication skills are horrible poor customer service skills

Pros: Location location
Cons: Need more staff in the diner
Location: Went for Mardi Gras so was perfect location right off of St Charles Ave
Stayed there for Mardi Gras. Perfect spot two blocks off of St Charles Ave. Very clean rooms and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Didn't want to wake up!! Staff was very helpful

Loved the room, parking was a messPosted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: Nice room, comfortable beds, and centrally located.
Location: Close to Canal street and many great restaurants.
Went there for some of Mardi Gras. I love going to New Orleans because it is such a unique place. I don't know who had the idea of working on all of the streets around the hotel at the same time, parking was difficult but the Wyndham staff was extremely helpful and did there best. I would definitely stay there again.

Baseball & Mardi GrasPosted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: It is very comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff very friendly.
Location: VERY near Canal street and Bourbon street. Close enough to the French Market to walk.
Hotel is very close to Canal and Bourbon street, everything we wanted to be near. We combined a trip for a baseball tournament and the start of Mardi Gras. The only problem we had was getting around road blocks to get to and from baseball fields. Once in the hotel we could walk to everything.

Very cool!Posted Feb 11, 2015
The room was clean, quiet and way comfortable. The diner in the lobby was awesome ... 24 hours too! It almost turned out way different due to clerical error that labeled me a "no show" and therefore cancelled our reservation...leaving us looking confused at the counter. We apparently got the last room! Everything worked out in the end making that part of the NOLA experience very cool....
