Ther hotel was in a good loacation not too far from all the major locations of interest and to our persoanl event. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly to all of the customers besides us. The pool and gym were a nice bonus to me becuase i prefer to stay where i can get some excersize in. the only negattive was the price of the pay for movies, i believe that $16 is a bit high. But overall our stay was very good in all regards to comfort and the morning breakfast was very good, the staff taking care of the food was right on it at all times.I wouls stay at this hotel again whenever i return to the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were great; the breakfast was very good. Service in all areas was excellent.

The hotel was nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool and hot tub.

There were four of us and we spent two nights. We could not have had more friendly and helpful personel, they even helped us to find various places we wanted to see and go. I give them all the highest praise.

We had a great time -- excluding some loud young teenagers on our floor. THe pool area was great -- the hours were fantastic. Breakfast was good. Even though we were very convenient to the interstate, there was not any road noises. New Philadelphia is a great place to stay when visiting the beautiful Amish communities around there.

someone did not know how to caulk around the toliet. tub needed a good !!! scouring. staidns on mattress covering (undersheet). Too noisy from street running behind the hotel. Hotel needs to be udated.
