The people next door had the tv so loud and we were so tired and wanted to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place.

Excellent hotel
The only complaint I could have is that my room was by the exit door and it was so loud when it shut. Everything else was awesome!

Hotel is a little scuffed up but clean. Best hotel pillow I have had in ages. Love the kid friendly pool for our toddler. My only criticism is the breakfast attendant was clearly over worked.. Didn’t realize we were out of spoons didn’t realize there was no milk in the fridge ran out of cinnamon rolls. But honestly a good day

The hotel is nice and polite but a bit dated. Our room had that “old hotel” room smell. However the staff is friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating (we arrived at 11:30pm).

I’ve stayed at this location before but this time I didn’t really have a positive experience. The staff are always friendly. To start, I just get into my room and someone was trying to open my room door after I just took off my shirt. No knock but found out it was housekeeping. Not a big deal but my room looks like it was never vacuumed and there was a used coffee k-cup in the machine with only one k/cup on the tray. Not typical of holiday inn express. $160.00 a night I expected more…or at least equivalent to previous stays at this location. I don’t think I’ll be staying in this location next time.

It is a decent accommodation in a small town. The rooms are kept clean, and staff are friendly. The breakfast room is huge, which is a pleasant surprise.

A nice relaxing stay
The Holiday Inn was great from the check-in which was done by Amanda. I asked a couple of questions and with no hesitation answered them. Also when going back and forth at the entrance all the hosts greeted with a hello and a smile. The pool was nice and got to enjoy it several times. I would highly suggest this hotel for the convince of being close to Amish country and several options around the area.

We live in the area and only stayed for the pool for our kids to swim. The last time we stayed was 8 years ago after our wedding reception. Obvious updates are needed. The furniture in the room all had leather that was falling apart. The carpet could definitely use a good shampoo, and the card swiper on the pool door entry is almost impossible to get into.

We liked the easy access to the heart of Amish Country. The chlorine in the pool area was extremely strong causing multiple guests in the pool area (including our family to cough and get red and burning eyes). Good for fighting infection but not necessarily good for breathing. Need to find a better balance of the chemicals. Housekeeping services were excellent going above and beyond with cleaning our room when we were out for the two days we were there.

Took the family on a vacation to the Amish country in Ohio. We had a great time. The room was big enough for us and clean. The only thing that I would have to say is the beds are hard as a rock. I have back issues and could not sleep. Everything else was good.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The only issues we had is that hotel.com did not list the king size bed. I had to ask the hotel to change that. This is happened the last several times we have booked through hotels.com.
