Good location for visiting West Point, one of the closest hotels. The hotel is very basic, reasonably priced and was good for sleeping.

Although out-of-date, the room was clean.

Pros: The hot water. It was clean. Free Wi-Fi.
Location: Long Horn Steakhouse
The room was out of date and needs updating. We thought we were getting a room with a queen-size bed. The bed appeared to be a double. Rough, thin towels. The room was very dark.

The hotel has many rooms. The front desk was so friendly during check-in time. The room is clean.

It was awful - the hotel smelled like an ashtray - the room was even worse - all of my belongings smelled like smoke by the time we left

Pros: Price.
Cons: More modern amenities.
Very basic accommodations for business travellers on a tight budget.

Pros: --
Cons: Just about everything could be improved.
Location: There were a lot of restaurants nearby.
While our room was reasonably clean, it was very small. The double beds seemed very small, and the bathroom was cramped. Even though we booked the room for four people, there were only three sets of towels. The next morning, we tried to call the front desk to request another set of towels, but got no answer. We also, at this time, realized that the clock in our room was set to the incorrect time, making us practically late for the meager continental breakfast. I decided to go to the front desk myself for the towels, and to let them know that the phone was not working. The woman at the front desk was defensive about the phone, and I was met with a blank stare when I mentioned the clock. All in all, I felt we spent way too much money for the accommodations/services we received.

Inexpensive, good enough

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Stayed for just one night. Lobby was non descript. Staff were nice. Pool closed for remodel. The room was a bit stale smelling. The towels were the worst, thread bare. The shower curtain leaked. Like I said , inexpensive and good enough for one night.
