“Great trip!!!”

It was a girls getaway and what a perfect place to stay!!! Walking distance to St. Pats, Grand Central, Times Square, great boutique hotel. It was quiet and we felt so safe and secure!! Will definitely go back and worth every penny!!!!

“WOW - I was impressed”

This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful and nice for a first-time traveler to NYC. I loved the modern decor and the cool lighting. TV was huge, treadmill in my room was nuts and I never used it because I was so tired at the end of my tour days. Loved the down pillows and comforter, felt so comfy! Bathroom was tiny and needed more counter space but I was able to work it out. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right :)

“Nice to feel welcomed”

This hotel was perfect! The staff was gracious and warm. I was there for 4 days. they were wonderful to accomodate my request for both windows and a bathtub without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. It was bitter cold and each morning there was coffee in the lobby and in the afternoon there was hot chocolate. Such a nice touch. The restaurant / Bar downstairs served a nice buffet breakfast and at night the bar was cozy and welcoming. In every way this hotel exceeded my expectations. Good location, good value. I would definitely stay there again.

“70 Park Avenue is Wonderful”

I have stayed in 5-star hotels all over the US and London - and I am very pleased with this hotel. I'm truly baffled by all the negative comments regarding the small room sizes - this is Manhattan, and unless you book a penthouse or a suite, you aren't going to get a huge room. It's certainly big enough and not what I would call cramped. The person who said the wardrobe has room for only 2 items must have very thick clothing! Right now, there are 2 robes, 3 shirts and 2 pair of pants in mine with room to spare. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable, L'Occitane amenities very welcoming, ice delivery always prompt. Staff has been wonderful from the moment we arrived (I had a comped glass of Merlot in my hand before I could finish checking in). My teenaged son has loved the music trivia the front desk staff plays with him every time we come and go (they reward him with cute chocolate guitar lollypops when he wins). The wireless internet charge in-room is certainly reasonable (cheaper than many hotels) - love the HD plasma TV and iPod dock... great bathrobes. Restaurant is very pricey - but good grief there are restaurants everywhere! I love this place and would definitely stay here again. Wondderful.

“70 Park Ave - always a good stay”

The hotel is wonderful and in a great location. It now has a fitness room which is nice. The afternoon wine reception is nice and pets are welcome which made it extra fun.

“Excellent - would highly recommend to others”

Great location within easy walking distance to Times Square, theatres and shopping. Quiet, clean, and staff very helpful. Easy to acess the hotel by cab. Overall, first time I've stayed there and did not know the hotel, but was very impressed and would definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

The only thing was that the bathroom fan did not turn on at the switch but it was not a significant issue.

70 Park Avenue is a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the wine happy hour that we walked into as we checked in. It was great to walk into a nice clean room with a glass of wine in hand. The hotel is just a block away from the Grand Central Station stop for the JFK express bus which is super convenient if you are flying in/out of JFK.

The room size was great, the location was perfect. Absolutely nothing went wrong and I would highly recommend it.

“Beautiful Manhatten Boutique Hotel”

Conveniently located within view of Grand Central Station, this hotel is a great oasis for a traveler taking advantage of the city on foot, or by subway. My room, although small, was beautifully appointed and staff were most accomodating. I will certainly return!
