Not worth it

They don't have real beds, they are crappy fold out couches. AC/ heat is hard to control and walls / doors are thin and you can hear conversations from guests next door.

We spent a Saturday night at this hotel with our (quiet, well behaved) 90lb dogo mix & had a fantastic stay. It is challenging to find a nice, dog friendly hotel without weight restrictions or lots of extra fees, so we were thrilled with Kimpton's policy. We do not travel with the pooch often, but next time we will only choose a Kimpton hotel. The staff were welcoming, so helpful and incredibly kind. Our room was modern, funky and very comfortable. The hotel is small but stylish and a fantastic location. Overall a great stay and a nice hotel but the icing on the cake was how well we were treated with our dog. We truly appreciated their kindness and welcoming attitude, and in return made sure our pet was on his best behaviour. Highly recommend!

Pros: The Location, the Room and the Staff.
Cons: Room Service and complimentary Breakfast.
Location: Most things
We enjoyed the location and the staff were so helpful. Did not like having NO room service. Coffee Machines worked once and ten NOT again, had three and all had the same results, so went to Star Bucks every morning.. The People in the breakfast room were not very pleasant and the price was way to much for what they had.

Pros: Reasonable prices for NYC.
Cons: More drawer storage
While the room was a little tight, the overall experience was excellent. Comfortable bed. More drawer storage would help.

Pleasant well located quiet hotel. However the thermostat in our room was broken and never fixed (they brought in a fan so we would not be sweltering)

Stayed one night and very easy check-in. Nice wine reception in the evening. Good location. Comfortable bed.

Couples getaway

Nice boutique hotel so I'm renovations have been made room clean crisp only problem was the shower pressure was very low and my jets on the Jacuzzi did not work no little stores in the area to get a quick morning coffee or deli sandwich Park Avenue is nice but there's really not a lot to do there Hotel was good but I would stay somewhere else next time due to location

The staff was very professional friendly and very helpful, and made me and my girlfriend feel right at home, I wish the the parking situation was but I guess that's just Manhattan. On my next trip to new york city this hotel we be my first choice.
