“Excellent choice.”

Front-desk staff exceptionally helpful, going beyond the norm to help me find a restaurant. Chose the hotel because others said rooms were spacious, and our room was! The location suited our needs to a "T."

“Above and beyond”

Staff was very knowledgeable of city and how to get around to various places. Housekeeping, at least for my stay, went above and beyond what I thought was acceptable. We had left some dishes over night in the sink and the next morning, went out sightseeing when we came back the dishes were washed and drying. I really enjoyed my stay and the customer service was excellent. The room could use a bit more attention to details, bit of wallpaper torn off, towel rack coming out of wall etc. Overall excellent stay and will return and stay at this hotel again.

“Nice experience and great hotel view”

Nice, modern hotel room with gorgeous view. Great staff and nice amenities. Would definitely recommend trying for one of the suites- the room had a full kitchen, nice seating area and corner windows.

“Perfect for taking older kids”

Great location 4 blocks to empire state and 5th avenue. Big rooms and really comfortable bed and linens. Quiet room. Annoying thing was having to pay for wi if in rooms. Was free in lobby and free Internet use to print boarding pass so why not free in the room?! Concierge David B less than helpful with us getting 911 memorial passes. Had to pay $6 to use the Internet to book the passes. Tedious wifi charges!!

“Great place to stay and location was perfect.”

This hotel made our stay in New York amazing. This was the first time I have ever visited New York and I would not hesitate going back and staying in this hotel a second time. The Staff went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us helpful travel tips to see the major landmarks.

“Great hotel for all”

Great location convenient to the subway and all parts of Manhattan. The staff was very pleasant. The room itself was clean with nice furnishings. Having a kitchen is so convenient. They provide dishes and cooking utensils. The neighborhood is relatively quiet.

“A Sweet NYC Experience!”

If possible, ask for an upper floor to get views of the East river or some of the most famous skyline in the world. Great neighborhood has lots of restauants and convenience stores. Nice spa too!
