Very nice place!

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: The localization, the neatness, the size of the room and the kind personal.
Cons: May be the size of closet and wardrobes could be bigger....
Location: Great place to rest, a lot of places near to shop food, restaurants, stores, etc.
A quiet area of NYC, as far to be relax at night and as close to the action that it was no necessary to take a cab or have long walks. Very good to have the option of a small kitchen to have quick breakfast or dinner. The bathroom was big enough to feel like be in home.

Feels like your own serviced apartment in NYC

Posted Mar 22, 2014
Pros: Everything, which isn't something I say lightly as I'm a really fussy and demanding traveller!
Cons: Nothing....
Location: 10min walk to Central Park. Lots of places to eat on Lexington/2nd Av. 5min walk to subway.
We stayed in a one bed king sized suite. Huge, comfy sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and large bedroom in a very central location on the upper east side. Staff are lovely, exceptionally helpful and informative. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Close to subway and loads of great places to eat. Central Park is a 10min stroll away.

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and go overboard to please. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and have a kitchen. Great for a family or extended business.

Great hotel with outstanding service

I can't say enough about this hotel! The staff was excellent and even brought me a present to my room when they found out it was my birthday. The rooms were HUGE and very nicely appointed. I am used to very tiny rooms in Manhattan hotels even when paying top dollar. Niño at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful! We plan in going back.
