Nice place to stay overall was slightly mislead about pool and rooftop bar because the website hadn't been updated, other than that pleasant stay.

A terrific base for a visit to NYC. Very easy access to many subway lines. Clean, comfortable rooms with good wifi

Ordentliches Hotel mit meist jüngerem Publikum

Pros: Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers bis auf die Fenster aufgrund der derzeitigen großen Baustelle direkt hinter dem Hotel.
Cons: Siehe obige Beschreibung.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in Brooklyn Downtown. Für entsprechende Unternehmungen sind einige Schritte zu Fuß oder Stationen mit Bus/Bahn notwendig.
Grund des Aufenthalts war Besuch von Familie, wohnhaft in Brooklyn. Leider war die Entfernung zwischen dem Hotel und der Familie am Ende zu groß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schwierig zu erreichen. An den ersten beiden Tagen haben wir den Fahrdienst (vom Hotel angeboten) genutzt. Ein Fahrer hatte an einem Abend Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden. Nach drei Tagen hatten wir dann die Verbindungen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Manhattan und innerhalb Brooklyn herausgefunden und dann festgestellt, dass die Verbindungen gar nicht so schlecht sind. Hier könnte die Beschreibung bzw. die Unterstützung durch die Hotelmitarbeiter vor Ort besser sein.

Wir waren das erste Mal in New York und haben auf Empfehlung dieses Hotel gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.Wie fühlten uns super betreut.Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel super , sauber, Freundlich , Sylisch,Tolle Lage wenn man sich nicht scheut etwas außerhalb zu Wohnen, Metro gleich um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglich gleich die Straße hoch mit allem was das Herz begehrt.Brooklyn ist toll..Danke an das ganze Team vom Hotel..

Great hotel location. Unfortunately, the staff misdirected me on the parking situation. They told me that I could park my car myself at the garage down the street to save some money, or I could pay for the valet to park it in the same garage. I decided to try to save some money and park it myself, however, when I arrived at the garage, the attendant told me that cars could be parked in the garage only by valets. I had to return to the hotel and pay for the valet to park the car. It wasn't so much about the money, but the fact that the staff provided incorrect information.

Just a quick ivernight

Pros: Staff, room, cleanliness, cool lobby.
Cons: Valet parking was a little confusing, but may have partly been caused be construction project clogging street.
Location: Quick subway ride into Greenwich Village and St. marks place. Easy walk to Cobble Hill for breakfast.
Just a quick overnight stay on a Spring Saturday. Easy check in with very personable front desk employees. Clean comfortable room. Everything we needed.

DIY hotel!

Smallest room ever! Bring your own towels. Get ready go be your own valet. Room service stinks! The lobby "snack bar" doesn't cut it. Staff at the front desk are so unprofessional. A guest who had just checked came down from his "assigned" room to complain that he walked in on a couple! And if you come with a pet upon checkout you're made to feel like you've done something wrong as they must check the room before you're allowed to settle the bill. Linens are not changed throughout your stay in keeping with the Earth sustainability policy. Oh and your SPG rewards points cannot be given if you book through a third party. Never again!
