Room was nice modern and spacious. Perfectly cleaned. Service was great, everyone was friendly. A lot of "Complimentry" made us happy, too.

Fabulous location on Fifth Avenue! From the minute we walked in the doors we were treated as very special clients. Service is impeccable as is the cleanliness of the entire hotel. It is high tech in every sense of the word. We can not imagine anyone having any complaints about the quality of this wonderful spot in the middle of it all!!

“Andaz 5 th Avenur”

Spent one night there last week while in NYC on business. Great midtown location , across from the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, and a short walk to Times Square. Very cool hotel, modern rooms, with fantastic bathrooms. Staff very good, and. Nice fitness center.

“New, modern and clean.”

This hotel is a very nice hotel. It has very modern and trendy touches. The complimentary beverage is very convenient. The decoration of the room is very clean and the bathroom is beautifull. I only wish that the glass that separates the shower area would be a little longer so no splash would go out in the floor.

“Great hotel in a great location!”

Everyone at the Hyatt Andaz on Fifth was so very nice to us. We especially were grateful for Ramone, the concierge on duty during our visit. He was able to get us into several restaurants we wanted to try that were already booked sollid for the night. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom with double sinks and a very large shower was perfect for our four night stay. The car service available to hotel guests was excellent also and much needed by our group of five as the weather in New York during our stay was especially cold and rainy and trying to hail a cab was difficult if not impossible.

The only think we had an issue with was the keys. After 2 days they all just stopped working. We often had to have a maid let us into our rooms.

pros: 1.perfect location on 5th Ave, just next to NY Public library, about 2 min walk to BCBG store and about 5min to Lord & taylor department store. 2.very modern, clean hotel, fancy bathroom but no bath tub, so comfy bed. 3. friendly , polite staff. 4.everything in the mini bar was on the house exept for alcohol. 5.very fast room service, unlike some other hotels. cons: 1.tiny lobby, so if you are a big fan of fancy lobbies where you have many different areas to sit and chat this is not the one, not a big deal though if you are going to spend most of your time in the city.

Could not have asked for a better stay. Perfect hotel, great location, very attentive staff. If you go in the summer, check out Bryant Park in the afternoon on Sat/Sun - great music and bar.
