Room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Paul, the owner, was very friendly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but was actually pretty safe. Police station is nearby as is the courthouse, Staten Island ferry, minor league baseball stadium, public library and many cafes and restaurants.

My room was very clean and spacious, with air conditioner, Cable TV, ample closet and an iron/ironing board. The bathroom was immaculate and lovely with amenities for use. Michelle was very sweet and interested in my reason for visiting the NY area. The location is an easy walk from the Prospect Part Subway station. A longer walk to the famed Botanical Gardens.

The stay was memorable. The evening of jazz in the salon on Friday night was of a very high quality. The warmth of the owner Debbie Mac was genuine and heartfelt. The place has a lot of character. The subway stop is nearby so access to Manhattan was easy. I'd stay again without question.

This B&B is located on a quiet street in West Harlem. It is conveniently very close to the B/C line subway. Our room was very pleasant and comfortable with a queen bed, private bath, large walk-in closet and small equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, coffee maker and teapot.. The breakfast was ample and suited us: yogurt, cereal/milk, bread, cream cheese, lots of fruit and fruit juices, coffee & tea. There is no elevator but our room was on the third floor and the walk up wasn't bad. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

I had a wonderful experience at the Bed and Breakfast. The staff were very accommodating to myself and my pet dog for our overnight stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for all who need a quick clean overnight stay either before or after your flight.

Besides being confronted with the barking dogs, to be dropped off in front of someone's home was just too much for me. The room didn't even have a working TV, and the "no company" rule for a 35 yr. old is just ridiculous.
