Didn't get to stay. They canceled my reservation without contacting me so when I arrived they had no rooms.

Airport Hotel

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The room was clean, the lifts worked well and there was plenty of food in the included continental breakfast.
It was a good value for and overnight stay if you are commuting from JFK airport. There is no shuttle bus from and to the airport and the taxi price was about $30.

Clean, basic hotel near the airport.

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Very pleased with the hotel - clean and basic. Nothing fancy. Staff was helpful and accommodating. After we checked out in the morning, they let us leave the van parked there all day while we did some sightseeing. When we got back in late afternoon, they let us use their restrooms to clean up and change before leaving. Reasonably close to the subway station - about 5-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for the area.

close to the E subway- and JFK airtran

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: price/value
Cons: Jamaica area of Queens could cleanup and get into the 21st century.
Location: short subway ride to Forest Hills or E line to world trade center in Manhattan (and anything else in-between) for $2.50 fare
surprisingly good breakfast with some variation from healthy to eggs/sausage and waffles.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness
Would not ever stay at this hotel again. The staff were very unfriendly and definitely not helpful at all. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

Hotel near JFK airport, New York

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Near the airport and had coffee making facilities.
Cons: Rooms needed updating and of lighter colour.
Location: Near airport; near overpass and in poor area. Nothing to do nearby.
I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport at New York. It is close but not that close to the Air train station which was disappointing. The Reception is behind glass and the person on duty was courteous though routine in answering questions. For example, i was leaving very early and wondered if there was any breakfast to be given to me and his answer was no, too early - no suggestions made. The receptionist during the night was much more helpful and polite.

Close to NY subway station, easy get in Manhattan

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Cons: Move coffee machine and juice dispenser next to the trash bin, so not crowding the breakfast line.
Friendly front desk and breakfast staffs. Good breakfast, comparable to most Holiday Inn, or may be better. Air conditioning unit was quiet and good condition. I rather stay here better than some old noisy hotels in downtown Mahattan.
