Close to NY subway station, easy get in Manhattan

Cons: Move coffee machine and juice dispenser next to the trash bin, so not crowding the breakfast line.
Friendly front desk and breakfast staffs. Good breakfast, comparable to most Holiday Inn, or may be better. Air conditioning unit was quiet and good condition. I rather stay here better than some old noisy hotels in downtown Mahattan.

Great for a layover

Pros: The bed, and the staff
Cons: more water coolers, there wasn't any cold filtered water
Location: near little convenience stores and eating places, no tourist places though
I had to take a cab to get there, which was only about $20 so it was in a great location. The people were friendly and the room was great.

Pros: The security and the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general, the other is the helpfullness of the staff.
Cons: The thing that I did'nt like was that the blankets had a lot of hairs and I had to call to have them change.
Location: The location is fine.
What a great hotel, from the great service at the main desk by Gani and the staff. Every body was helpfull and the cleanliness that we found the room you can smell it.

Close to Subway

Hotel is okay. Price-wide is affordable. It takes about 12 minutes of walking to the train subway, which is considerable convenient. At first, we picked up a rental car for our weekly trip in New York City, but returned the car the next day, knowing that the subway was not far away from the hotel. Also, we learned that parking and driving in New york was terrible.

Not the best Best Western experience that I've had

I stayed in a quite numbers of Best Western Inn in the past and they all went beyond my expectations- that's why I continued to choose a Best Western to stay during my time in New York. What I felt most disappointed from the experience was the attitude of certain hotel staff. The guy who sat at the front desk when I first checked in was basically very rude to me and I almost walked out of there- the only reason I didn't do that was because I already paid for everything. The hotel is in Queens and it took me almost 45 minutes to downtown Manhattan. And the subway station is also far away from the hotel- about 10' to 15' of walking. With all that being said, our room is really spacious and clean. There is everything you may need in the room- TV, microwave, fridge. The hotel also provides free wifi and free breakfast in the morning.

Nice hotel

Pros: Everything, breakfast, staff, everything was awesome.
Cons: N/a
Location: Everything was about an hour away, but the sation is 5 minutes away and i think is the best way to save when booking for long days.
I did had an issue when i arrived at the hotel, my ac unit wasnt working. The good thing that was fresh, i open the window and they brought a fan to my room. They told me the ac was going to get fix the following morning, so the following morning i left my room and when i got back it was a new ac unit in my room, it was amazing. I thought i was going to sleep with a fan my 9 nights at the hotel but they install a new ac and made my staying awesome every night.

Pros: Close to metro. Breakfast and parking was included.
Cons: Towels should be replaced daily - unless they were never used.
Location: Far from downtown Manhattan. But the metro was close by for easy commute. Not the best of neighborhoods - but we did not feel unsafe as a group.
We had a party of 6 - 2 rooms. The hotel was difficult to find when we got there. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. I cannot say the same for the dining room assistant. She was not polite and to a point rude. The towels were never changed for 2 days. Bathrooms and room were cleaned daily. The air conditioner left a bad smell in the room air - when we entered the room after being out all day. Was awful! We did not expect 5 star treatment. But compared to other Best Western hotels or Inns that I stayed at - I was never before disappointed before this.
