The area was noisy, which we expected being surrounded by the airport. The beds were very uncomfortable so soft and you felt every movement the other person made. This was my greatest complaint

The whole building smelt like pot. The customer service was terrible, made you feel like it was an inconvenience chevking in, didn't give any info where ivemachines were. Did not share that breakfast was included, anogher hotel guest clued us on to this.

Ended up driving around for two hours in the area till after calling the hotel they gave a different address. Finally got there and they had no parking.

Worst hotel I ever stay in. Despite the listing saying parking is free, it is not...only for the time you stay there. At least the other sites tell you how much it is to park. And they park your car, not you. You have to leave your keys. The room smelled. Obviously people smoked in there at some point. Then there was a gang of young folks running around, yelling in the halls, slamming doors until well after midnight. No action by management ir if there was, they didnt care. I plan on taking this up with the head office. Disgraceful!

The room was clean and very spacious. Appreciated having both a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is located in an industrial area which was a little concerning when arriving late at night. But there were no issues

Dated unprofessionally run hotel. Avoid.
Worst hotel stay ever. No shuttle to get to hotel from terminal P4 (0.4 mi). Reception (barely speaking English) said: just take an Uber ($20). But Uber denied pickup from P4, had to change to C with all my luggage. On check in, reception said no shuttle in morning, take Uber ($32). Vending machines broken, could not get a drink. Room dark and ugly, cheaply renovated, odd-shaped, narrow and long to fit the parking-lot facade. Cannot see TV from bed, only from a 1-person ottoman. We should have reserved at Mariott, would have been cheaper at the end.

Convenient for a 1 night stay close to airport. Room was dusty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the sofa bed was broken. We were atleast able to take a shower and get a bit of sleep, but wouldn't recommend it for families doing a multi day stay.

Even though it's a walk from a train station, there is physically no way for you to walk to it even though Google maps tells you that you can. The hotel offers a shuttle into the airport for free and you can take the airtram to the train station and travel from there, but it increases the price for the train ticket by $8usd and increases travel times. I could travel from the Newark Penn to New York Penn in 30-40 minutes. But from this route itself it could take an hour to more, which is baffling cause it's literally the next station over. Not only that, but on picture the room was fine and had everything we needed. But no one stays in a hotel room to just stay in a hotel room. First night we had a bunch of drunk girls partying all night in the hallway and nothing done about it until at least 3am. We found out the lamps didn't work except one on the first night. And then found out the second night the TV remote didn't function so we couldn't use the TV. Honestly minor inconveniences, until we found the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We really wanted to just suck it up but we got sick cause of it, icing on the cake my car got damaged in the parking lot and they have a lack of footage to help me. I'm still waiting for the manager to contact me as I left my contact info at the front desk, the girl at the front desk was a peach and very supportive but like I haven't gotten any from anyone else.

The Worst Hotel ever. Staff are ok but guests are always noisy during all night until 3-4 AM without any hotel supervising. During three night stay, every night people in the hotel room yelled and shouted like night club. The worst noisy and no one cannot sleep here.

I’m a flight attendant and after a long night I booked this hotel around 11:30 pm. I selected the first date option since I needed room that night. When I got to the hotel, the staff member told me that my reservation was for the next night. I told him there was only one night option. He said he had rooms available so I asked if he could switch it to tonight. He said it was impossible. I went into app to try and cancel my night but it was non refundable. I ended up having to book a room directly with him for that night. So I paid for two nights!! I’m not sure how this can happen.

This hotel room is a disaster. Stains on the sheets. Very unclean. Could not find any place to get waters. The lobby store only sold alcohol. Restaurant next-door was terrible. Food was overdone and expensive. For what we got. We stayed at the Hampton Inn last time for less money and had a much better experience. I give this place a zero. Stay away.

First and last visit
We clearly startled the front desk person who was behind a desk so tall I had to stand on my toes to sign the paper. The room had no charging outlets and the bathroom smelled like cigars. Every door slam regardless of the floor was heard, we heard the neighbor taking a shower around midnight, the ice machine got visited about 4-5 times during the night. The mattress was too soft for us (a ‘marshmallow’). The parking lot is very tight with one way in and the same way out. Not very impressed.
