NY Stayed at Best Western Plus president

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Front Desk lady very helpful n nice. We were allowed early check in ard 1300 hrs n was given higher floor with street view. Room was not great as there are lots of flaws noticeable comparing the price we paid can get a super nice big comfortable room in Las Vegas. Again this is NY location is great to us. Believe we can get cheaper deal if we booked two mths earlier

Our Stay at Best Western Plus Presidential

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Location was great; clean and well- taken care of.
Cons: It would be nice to have a larger room, but given that it would take taking down walls and combining two rooms into one, not much more can be said.
Location: 48th & Broadway - right in the heart of Times Square and the theater district. Excellent location
Our stay at the hotel was fine. We found the room to be very small, but clean and the location was excellent. Hotel computer was difficult at times to access our sites, but with help from the staff it worked out just fine. The hotel lower level bar was nice to have a nightcap at during our stay with relatives.

Good hotel for one night.

Posted Sep 24, 2014
This hotel would be ok if you were in NYC on a tour and spending a night or two. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were in town for 5 nights. The double bed in the 100 sf room had no fitted sheets-consequently we rolled up in them when we tossed and turned, the AC was noisy and really didn't work, our view out the window was of a brick wall, and we had to close the door to turn around in the bathroom--with no proper lighting for the mirror. The elevators were miniscule and slow, and the meager buffet breakfast was not complimentary-and overpriced. On the good side; in the heart of theatre district and Times Square--relatively cheap-for NYC prices

great location

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: central location, clean rooms, quiet rooms - we couldn't hear our neighbours at all
Cons: some drawers in the room would have been helpful
Location: restaurants, shopping, theaters, sight seeing tours, shopping, times square - everything
i was in NYC for the first time. The hotel was at a perfect location, the staff was quick to answer all questions and provide great service

Close to times square

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: See heading, close to Times Square and broadway
Cons: Size, colour scheme, service
Location: It's in manhatten
That is about as good as it gets. The purple colour scheme is disturbing. You couldn't swing a cat in the room for something that is not cheap

Nice hotel close to Time Square and subway station

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: close to everything - restaurants, grocery stores and subway
Cons: AC - definitely required but please have it changed to a newer model. WAY TO NOISY
Location: Time Square and the subway can bring you anywhere you want !
AC was very loud. Woke up a few times thinking someone was in our room

Great location, small rooms

Posted Sep 14, 2014
The hotel is a good choice if you don't mind the tiny rooms, it has a great location, one block for Times Square and several subway stations just two blocks away. Is close to go shopping and even you can go to Central Park walking. Several broadway theaters pretty close. The hotel looks old, needs some paint and fixes on the roof, has water stains, elevators are old, slow and the hotel stuff use them to take out the garbage! There is always trash in front of the hotel. - if you want it just to sleep is a good choice.
