Great hotel!

Posted Apr 1, 2015
The cassa is conveniently located in the heart of manhattan. In under a 5 minute walk you can reach Times Square, the subway system, 5th avenue, Bryant park, etc. the hotel was extremely clean and very friendly staff. The staff were more than accommodating in ensuring we got to the airport on time, had somewhere to store our luggage, hailing a cab. The hotel even had our room ready upon arrival, 4 hours prior to check in. The room was a perfect size, the bathroom was pretty spacious and although the bed was only a full size, it still comfortably fit both of us. The only downside I found was the bathroom fan did not have a switch to turn it on or off (it appeared off our entire stay). Great experience, would definitely stay again.

Comfort in the middle of a busy city!

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Cons: We had a corner room and found it to be a little small, but neat, clean and pleasant.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of many New York City attractions. We were able to walk to Time Square, Shubert Theater, Rockefeller Plaza, etc.
Positioned in the middle of New York Middle Town activity, the Cassa Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The delightful staff was supportive and accommodating. They confirmed directions to events and sights, and sought to help us with our trip plans in any way they could. We enjoyed a satisfying continental breakfast each morning of our stay and hot chocolate as we returned on cold nights. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel, perfect location

Cassa 45th street is the ideal place for exploring Manhattan. The location is perfect, the rooms comfy and well appointed, and thr staff were excellent throughout. Room was on the small side, but not a huge problem as we were out all day anyway!

ottimo albergo in posizione eccezionale

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: pulizia, gentilezza, wifi ottimo
Bagno grande e pulito. Wifi prende in maniera eccellente ovunque in albergo. L'albergo è a due passi da Times Square e dalla 5th Ave. Posizione consigliatissima.

Very nice hotel. Just what we needed.

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The location, the staff, the room.
Cons: The signage is very minimal (we walked past it a couple times), and the lobby is very small ( front desk and two chairs).
The room was small, but modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bath was well-lit and had a large shower (no tub) with rain and handheld heads. The location was very convenient to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. If you're looking for amenitites, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean place to stay close to Times Square, this is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
