Great location.

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: Location. Small and personnel. Warm and cosy.
Cons: Coffee and tea making facilities in rooms.
Location: Great location... We walked everywhere. Times Square, Broadway, 5th Avenue, Library, Bryant Park, .
This Hotel is very central. Walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. Comfortable and warm, loved the cookies but would be nice to have coffee/tea facilities in room. Always go for queen or king rooms as the petite rooms are petite... The staff are very efficient and helpful. We would go back.

Nice hotel!

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: they used high quality linens. The room was done in very relaxing colors, too. Comfy mattress.
Location: walked to Central Park, walked to the Broadway Show, walked to dinner at Del Frisco's. No cab fares - no subways needed for this trip.
Super clean, super quiet- we couldn't hear the street traffic or other guests in the hotel. And very comfortable sleeping: perfect room temperatures, high quality sheets and easy to use remote control for the television!

Pros: Everyone was polite. Good customer service.
Location: The hotel was close to the Madison Square Garden. I had a concert to attend that day.
I had a great experience because this was the first time I stayed in New York City.

Convenient location with nicely appointed room.

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Was a well maintained hotel.
Location: Close to Time Square, Broadway, Central Park, 5th Avenue, Grand Central Station, and the train to anywhere else in NYC is very conveniently close by.
Stayed for a weekend getaway with my sister. The location is great, and spacious enough to share a room. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Cookies were very fresh!

Great location

The front desk staff was great. Room was attractive overall. Steps from Times Square. Parking was $45 for one day in the garage directly across the street. A good experience.

Location near theater district

We loved this hotel experience. The rooms were very well appointed and the bathroom spacious and modern. It's a smaller hotel but the staff met all of our needs and then some. We walked to restaurants and shows easily. Every restaurant recommendation was great and they got us into some that were full on opentable. My only suggestion is ask for a room on the backside of the hotel as we could hear street noise from ours on the front.
