Pros: Closer to midtown.
Hotel ok, brekfast on the Bistro very expencive and not so good. We had to wait until 17.30 until our room was ready. Our last day, the staff put our luggage in store and when we left they loaded the taxi bud forgot one suitcase. When we found out at the airport and called the hotel they insisted that we would pay for the taxi to bring us the suitcase that they forgot in the store. Poor service for a 4 star hotel.

Comfortable, clean and close to city centre

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Position and comfort.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Near Rockefeller Centre, Times Square, Central Park, Theatres and Restaurants.
Very clean and comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids between 7-11) to explore the fabulous city of New York. The staff were always there to help with all our needs and were knowledgeable and helpful going the extra mile whenever we needed information. This was our first visit so we really needed all the guidance we could get.

The PERFECT location in New York city!

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere!
Cons: I like to sleep in a cool bedroom, and the air conditioning didn't quite cool the room enough.
Location: It's close to ALMOST EVERYTHING to see in Manhattan.
This is a great boutique hotel with very friendly staff located in a very safe area of Manhattan. For the sake of other hotel guests, I would not recommend this small hotel to families.

One of the best hotels!

Great hotel, small but very clean with a friendly staff and the room was spacious and held 2 adults, one child comfortably. It has a very convenient location, right near the heart of time square but also close to local deli's for a quick breakfast. I have stayed at many high-end, 5 star hotels and this definitely is up there with their standards.

Great location to many sites we wanted to visit by foot. We could stay out late and not worry.

Great location, but definitely overrated

Posted Aug 2, 2014
The hotel is very conveniently located, but the rooms are just too small, barely enough space for a bed, no chair (the bathroom had a bedet though), forget a desk or anything. The window faced a brick wall, the bed was uncomfortable, and I had to search for the tiny closet.

Awesome Hotel

Pros: location was great
Location: Today show in the morning with the concert.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly. We were given an extra bed and linens with no problem. The shower was great with great pressure. The room was comfortable and very clean. I would definately stay at the hotel again.

Honey I shrunk the kids

Photos on website must have been taken with a wide angle lens. The room was barely large enough for the bed! Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The bathroom was nice except for the water stains on the ceiling from water damage. The staff was polite and helpful however there is lots of confusion over the 2 different room service breakfast menus. So it was easier to eat out than try to sort it out. Despite the impression that there is an on-premise gym, there is not. You can purchase a $30 per day pass to the NY Athletic Club down the street. So if you want to work out, you have to buy the pass because there isn't enough room to do a push-up in the room!
