Hotel - City ClubPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Clean, Modern, Friendly
Cons: Loved it.
Location: Close to Time Square, Subway and could walk to Central Park, Empire State Building and lots of Shopping etc.
Hotel was close to everything, clean, plenty of room for a grown family of five. Staff was very friendly always welcoming us back. Fresh warm cookies left in the room everyday. When we needed extra towels and shampoo we received the items in minutes same when we asked for extra cups late in the evening. If or when I go back to New York, I would definitely go back to City Club Hotel. Thank you to all the staff our stay was excellent.

Like a boutique hotel in midtown.Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness. Prompt service. Near good food places.
Cons: Just the chest of drawers. I have a lot of clothes.
Location: Mid-town. - shopping, eating, drinking, Times Square, theatres, concerts
Great location in midtown. Shower is excellent. Everything is excellent except there wasn't a big enough chest of drawers for my clothes. I have a lot of clothes. Great for a single or couple. Has all the amenities. It's not a big room in a grand hotel, but I don't care about that. I don't travel for the hotels. I came back one day and an ice pack that I bought the day before was missing. They went to the store and bought me another one. I was so amazed.

Staff was VERY friendly, helpful and attentive. Helpful with directions, and we were able to store our luggage on the day of arrival (early) and day of departure (late).

City Club Hotel West 44th St. NYCPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Nice room, excellent bathroom. Really nice day bed accommodation for 3rd person.
Cons: Outside signage to help us find you!
Location: Excellent location with everything nearby. Great if you are going to shows.
Great location and helpful staff. Parking across the street. A bit hard to find, it's a small entrance without much signage, but worth looking for!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the big city.Posted Aug 27, 2014
Location: It is right in the heart of the Times Square. Within 3 blocks of Radio City. Everything of interest is right there.
5 star quality hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was perfect, and huge for the City. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for you in the room was a very nice detail. Really a top rate place.

Pros: Closer to midtown.
Hotel ok, brekfast on the Bistro very expencive and not so good. We had to wait until 17.30 until our room was ready. Our last day, the staff put our luggage in store and when we left they loaded the taxi bud forgot one suitcase. When we found out at the airport and called the hotel they insisted that we would pay for the taxi to bring us the suitcase that they forgot in the store. Poor service for a 4 star hotel.
