Pros: Location : Good , Accessibility : Good , airport shuttle : free , Continental breakfast : free , value for money : good.
Cons: Luggage cart needed.
Location: Airport.
Stayed at this hotel on the eve of the departure from LAGURDIA had a flight the following morning & did not really want to pay too much for a stay at Manhattan & also wanted to avoid getting stuck in crazy morning traffic.

Pros: Rooms were not clean but bed was comfy.
Cons: Despite advertising half-off, they told us that it does not apply and charged us full price, said the ads shown all over the bar were outdated. Really

Now keep in mind one thing, from the moment you walk in to this hotel something becomes very clear: the staff does not want you there. Period. Their job would be so much better if it wasn't for those customers. I booked this hotel online because we missed our flight and had to wait until the next day in standby, and it is walking distance to La Guardia. But as soon as we walked in, we walked straight to the reception desk where we were promptly ignored for several minutes (there were no other customers) as the staff behind the desk argued as to what to order from the Chinese delivery menu and who wanted what. After going to lengths to get their attention, they finally acknowledged our existance. Of course since our reservation did not show up on their records we were promptly shooed away lest we risk interrupting them. After finally being able to pull them away log enough to look for our reservation, they finally found it and, after some considerable time in the computer that seemed unrelated to our reservation on purpose, were finally given a key to our room. Exhausted, we tried to order room service but were told to go to the lobby. We saw they had a sign for happy hour half-off drinks and looked to order a couple, when looking around for the bartender we asked an employee for help getting our drinks, who approached what we thought was one of the patrons at the bar who was drinking and eating with the customers and she turned out to be the bartender. Front desk attendants are careless about customers

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: To improve the policy and staffs behavior with customers.
Location: no comments.
They are happy with airport passenger. People are coming, staying one night and going. That is good for them. No need to give any service. On 26-07-2014 at about 6-00 pm, when I went for check in, first I get strike from the front desk attendant. I tell my name to her, she look at me like a unexpected person( maybe i am Asian) and through the key of 143 in the desk. I was so surprise and embarrassed in front of my wife. After 650km of driving, i was tired too. We were expecting a good rest. We went to the room and first we receive the suffocation and bad smell from the room. My wife didn't like that room environment, she was telling me to change the room. We went again to that lady and request her with a smiling face to change the room. Then she show that she was so bothered for that request. She said, why you wanna change the room. All the rooms are same. Then again we request her to give us a room in the up satire. At that time i was feeling that I am standing her place. she was in my place. After we convince her to get the room- 340. During our stay, we don't ask anything to the front desk. But each and everyday morning we had to give reply to the room cleaners, why we need soap & shampoo and clean towel everyday ? I think I choose the wrong hotel for my vacation.

No laundry room found within the facilities. I had been traveling for a while in the area and wasn't able to do my laundry. Had to pack everything dirty.

Pros: Very close to Laguardia, clean, safe area.
Cons: Would be nice if they had food available all night.
Location: Close to Laguardia, great diner nearby (Buccaneer)
The hotel was clean and the worker at the desk was friendly and helpful. When we had to find a place to eat near midnight, he suggested a great diner in walking distance. We felt like it was a safe area at that time of night.
