Nice hotel; Close to Times SquarePosted Jul 29, 2015
Service was somewhat slow and staff was less than enthusiastic. However, they were willing to hold our bags before and after checkout, which was very convenient. The room itself was a good size (perfect for the two of us) and the hotel was only a short walk from Times Square and our theatre.

Small Rooms Great LocationPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Rooms like this should be discounted and disclosed when making the reservation.
Location: Broadway shows!
I was very disappointed in my room at Club Quarters. I had reserved a queen bed room through Expedia. We arrived around 8am and paid an extra $50 to check in early. We were given what felt like a closet with a full sized bed with a view of the air shaft. When I asked the person at reception about this he said that is what you get with Expedia. The air conditioner wasn't the best either and the wooden cover built around it made it worse. Everything else was just OK. I just don't appreciated being given the worse room after paying extra to check in early just because I booked through Expedia.

Convenient, comfortable stayPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff.
Cons: The wait for the elevator was extreme in some cases. Would be nice to be able to get around using the stairs.
Location: In the heart of everything. One block from Times Square, within 2 blocks of dozens of theaters and restaurants, easy walking to Central Park.
Very nice hotel. Small rooms, but all you really need is a shower and a bed. Rooms were clean, bathrooms new, and there is a nice lounge area on the first floor. Great amenities including free WiFi, free bottled water, and access to printers for printing boarding passes. All this for a reasonable price.

Nice hotel near Times SquarePosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: It felt very safe for a single woman because you have to use your room key to activate the elevators.
Cons: The room AC was confusing - uses a remote control that is not obvious. Sometimes I got a restaurant discount and sometimes not.
Location: Near Times Square -- perfect for going to plays. Near 5th Ave. shopping. Walking distance to MOMA. Good, cheap pizza and other restaurants nearby.
This is a moderately priced hotel that is 3 blocks from Times Square. The room was small but nicely laid out and very clean. There is a large lobby with 2 computer stations with printers. There are snacks and coffee available most of the day. There is also a nice small bar in the lobby and an attached restaurant. The bartender at night, Doug, was very friendly and outgoing -- he created a community among the people in the lobby -- since I was traveling alone, this was very welcoming and due to his introducing everyone, I talked to several interesting people that I otherwise would not have met.

Can't expect more!Posted Jul 25, 2015
At this location, I know I can't expect much. Not this hotel! Room is big and clean. Price was affordable. Additional towel, blanket, this and that. Just behind of the entrance, there is a great atmosphere with Internet and free sparkling water, cold water, coffee and tea. Amazing service they offers!t

Convenient locationPosted Jul 22, 2015
The only quip I have about this hotel is the room service was bad.My girlfriend and I had went out for the day in NYC and came back to the room at around 3pm and the room wasn't serviced yet. We called the housekeeping to bring it to their attention and they said they would get to us. We went out to see a Broadway show and came back and the room was half serviced..maid just threw our new sheets on the bed and we had to make our bed. Other than that it's a nice hotel
