Very central located to what we wanted to do. The show, dinner, church and look around the city. We had a great time...

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Facilities/Maintenance

Small room but sufficient for our needs; air conditioning unit was falling off the wall. Staff was excellent.

Central but tiny

Good location. Room much smaller than pictured. For the price, would have chosen another.

Location - Location - Location!

Well I wouldn't really call this Club Quarters a hotel; it's more of a short term vacation spot. What it lacks in initial appearances, it makes up in other ways. First off, I was surprised when I walked into the lobby area, fully expecting to see a check in counter, but instead was greeted by a friendly, smiling attendant standing behind a free-standing podium stand. The lobby is actually a very small sitting area with maybe 4 seats. I was checked in right away and made it to my room within 5 minutes then immediately hightailed it to the restaurant. Since it was late(9:30pm), I had low expectations for a decent meal, but I was starved. To my surprise, my food came out piping hot and the salmon dish was excellent! Next I went out to the spacious outside balcony off the dining area where the views were spectacular, enjoyed a nice cocktail and soaked in NYC's energy. There is a machine on each floor that dispenses complimentary chilled water into bottles to take to your room or take out while you stroll through the city. The fitness room is adequate and there is complimentary wifi. There are actually two Club Quarters in the same block, I accidentally walked into the other one, called The Jewel, which had a much nicer lobby/seating area. I might try that one next time. All in all, it's a great choice: it's close to Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the theater district, Times Square and of course, lots of great shopping venues.

Convenient walk to Time Squares and restaurants

The few things I didn't like was the reservation was for 3 guests and upon arrival we had one set of towel and wash cloth. When I requested more only one more set was brought up. Had to go to front desk to request third set. When house keeping clean the next day they removed three sets and replaced with one. Once again I had to call front desk for 2 more sets. This was very annoying! Room was small and not sure what our view was but almost like back of a bldg. Not to mention self parking was like three to four blocks away. We did received a discount ticket for parking.

Great location

Pros: How nice the staff was.
Cons: Could have had mints on my pillow
Location: Fifth avenue shopping, Rockefeller cemetery, radio city music hall
The hotel is in a great location, close to subways, fifth avenue, Rockefeller center. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check my luggage at the desk until my transportation was ready that evening after I checked out. When I checked into my room the remote/tv wasn't working and a maintenance man came right away and fixed the problem. The hotel offered free bottles to fill up at a water station. Even though the rooms were on the small side they were clean and comfortable.
