Hotel close to Radio City Music Hall NYC

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: Location, and promptness to minor issues that came up. Water bottles available for free.
Cons: Smoking- There is a no smoking policy but guests stand at the front door with the door open? If 2 guests are in a room providing adequate supplies.
Location: Across from Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, 1 block St Patricks Cathedral.
Location great for getting around. Hotel was ok, nothing special, room space was manageable.

Good hotel near Moma & Times Square

This hotel is a good choice, rooms are small as most NY hotel rooms but the room was clean and the staff are very friendly.

Don't trust housekeeping

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location
Location: Near Rockefeller Plaza and near the subway. It was not as crazy as Times Square but still close enough to walk to our theatre.
The hotel was adequate. Most of the staff were very courteous. Housekeeping took an item that was very valuable to my daughter and irreplaceable. The night manager was absolutely useless in dealing with the situation. When I went to the front desk in the morning to follow up, the person on the desk was very sympathetic but powerless. I had search the entire room for the missing item. When I looked under the bed, I found filth. There was an empty beer can (we did not drink), dead leaves, and chunks of who knows what. The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable but the experience ruined our trip.

Excellent location

Posted Oct 15, 2014
The room was nice but had stains on couch and comforter. Elevator was slow but we were lucky we were on 2nd floor and could take the stairs. The tv did not have On Demand movies but did have free wifi. Hotel staff was very nice and the location is PERFECT.

Literally beside Rockefeller Center

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: The restaurant and terrace, the location and the rooms.
Cons: They offer free water service on every floor but on my floor it was broken and it seems it was like that on other floors too without any options.
Location: Rockefeller Center with it many shops and dinning options.
The location is excellent, not only because of being so close to Rockefeller center, but also fifth avenue, and several subway stations. The hotel has a tiny lobby but everything else is nice. Rooms are modern and very well appointed. The restaurant and terrace at the 7th floor is very good.

Great central location in NYC. The rooms are more business like and efficient than "lap of luxury". Thus, the hotel is not overpriced nor overdone. I would stay again.
