Lage top, Hotel so lalaPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: Die Lage
Location: Direkt am Central Park gelegen.
24/7 Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist nicht so berauschend. Aber die Lage ist absolut perfekt.

Avoid this hotelPosted May 2, 2015
Cons: Everything. Needs to be remodeled and have new hotel management. Will never stay there again and will advise others to stay else where.
PROS Good location for Central Park (72nd St) and AMNH. Close to B and C subway. No insects or rodents seen. A/C worked well, but noisy. Internet service was great CONS VERY limited breakfast items and poorly done. No jelly, no cream cheese, no bananas, no apples, one day no knives or pepper. Only one waffle iron. One day opened late. Last day nothing ready on time; then cold watery eggs and 10 minutes later luke warm sausage; no pastry or rolls. Coffee late too and ran out quickly. Room - no clock radio, no chair, no desk Bathroom - toilet practically under the small sink. Knees hit plumbing, could not bend forward or left to wipe, shower curtain too short so water on the floor every time.

Nice area, close to parkPosted Apr 30, 2015
Cons: Offer of free breakfast; supplies were not replenished frequently. No coffee on two occasions.
Room was comfortable. Easy to leave bags at hotel before/after check-in/out.

Lugnt läge utan trafik ljud.Posted Apr 29, 2015

Great Location, Disappointing FacilitiesPosted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: The location was great and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The interior needs a facelift, and the staff needs to be more attentive to the guests.
Location: Great location close to Central Park and Lincoln Center. Also close to the Natural History Museum.
You can't beat the location of this hotel. It is less than a block to Central Park. Beyond location, however, there's not much to recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small, the facilities are desperately in need of a facelift, and the staff was not very friendly. In fact, two of them were having an arguement when we entered the lobby at one point. The beds were comfortable and the price was good for the neighborhood it's in.

Needs a lot of updates, very small halls and roomsPosted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Location was the best! You also have a cheerful helpful staff! This was the best part of our four days.
Cons: Gut it out and start again! Everything needs to be renovated! Would be happy to pay more for a room that was in this century!
Location: We love the location, museums, Central Park and Columbus Street restaurants and shops! Love the week-end farmers market by Museum of Natural History.
We loved the location, but the hotel needs allot of work, updating! They need to change hall way carpets or at least shampoo and vacuum them. The rooms, hallways and elevator made us clostraphobic! Mirrors don't help! But, having said this we had clean sheets, plenty of hot water and free breakfast included in our room. The best plus of this hotel is location, location, LOCATION!

Cute Hotel - Great Service - Perfect LocationPosted Apr 25, 2015
The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a quiet and great location on Upper West Side. A room was ready even though we arrived early which allowed us to unwind before a busy 3 days. Very quiet at night - best for sleeping in the city. Many eateries nearby, and Lincoln Centre and Central Park at your fingertips!

Convenient West Side locationPosted Apr 24, 2015
Cons: This is an old, dated facility that could use a cosmetic facelift. Many visitors would appreciate the continental breakfast.
Location: Central Park West - Subway entrance on 72nd Street & cross-town bus through Central Park to the East Side. Lincoln Center -walking distance
The price is right, the coffee is available all day / night, and the front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Try to avoid the rooms that look out into a light well, since those rooms are especially dark. But it's New York! how much time are you going to spend in a hotel room? The location can't be beat for zooming around the city by subway or bus.

the room is the smallest that I've never stayed before, but the price is too much expensive.
