Good stay, but wouldn't stay long. The staff was helpful and it is close to the subway station. Not a great area, but pretty safe

Pros: not much
Cons: Move it to a better area closer to the airport.
Location: Nothing
later in the evening, I heard noise of water dripping despite having TV on. Seems the water was dripping out of the ''evacuation vent'' in the bathroom and coming from ceiling. I was dripping onto the toilet and then onto the floor! Seems it's happened before.I was told I could have a room across from mine. That room smelled of smoke. It was sprayed, still smelled. I took room on the upper floor and further to walk to elevator pulling suitcases. Never would book here again, OZONE PARK!? No transportation (in shuttle to Queen's Mall) as from Jamaica hotels.

A Disappointing Experience

Pros: Nothing.....totally disgusting!!!!!!
Cons: Training of front desk, and preparation of healthy food!
There was no parking available for us when we arrived. When I asked the guy at the front desk said "this is New York!!! you can not have parking." Now the breakfast was not just gross, terrible and disgusting, the lady preparing the food had eggs in a zip lock bag, kept microwaving it and putting it in the hot plate...(would not recommend this food and facility to my worst enemy!!!). Highly disappointed in the room they called suite...very small and noisy because it was close to the front desk.

Hotel close to airport

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel needs a complete renovation, and most of the staff should be changed or trained
Location: Only stopped one night, so I do not know
Not a nice experience, first room was very bad had to change to a slightly better room. Would not stay at this hotel again, felt uncomfortable all night, carpet was dirty.
