My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites, Ozone Park, Queen

Pros: Its hospitality.
Cons: Continental Breakfast: Better sausage and eggs. The current ones artificial in taste.
Location: Hotel location is just outside the airport, in a business district that needs economical improvements. Fast food delivery service compensates.
Enjoyed my stay. Accommodation was pleasant. The staff very congenial and hospitable.

Ok hotel in bad area

Hotel was ok. Staff were cordial but not great. Amenities sub-standard. There was no conditioner in rooms. Also, don't ask them to call a cab, they don't call yellow cabs and the fares are whatever the driver says and it takes them 30mins to get to the hotel. Not a valued service.

Pros: Free airport shuttle
Great choice for a night before an early flight with a friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Not extremely luxurious or nice but acceptable for the night.

Pick another JFK airport hotel

It took the shuttle driver over 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport. Then he didn't even help me put my bags in the van. The room was so-so in terms of cleanliness. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in other rooms. Got absolutely no sleep! Would never stay here again! Asked to get my money back but because Expedia made me pay in advance there was nothing the hotel could do. Complete and total waste of my money and I would really like a refund!!

Pros: The staff
Location: Location was not good either. Dirty area of town.
Seems foolish to think for double the money of any other place in the US you could get amenities that match the money. The room was very small, the bath was run down and needed renovation. The breakfast was nice as well as the airport shuttle.

Good place for an overnight. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not bad. That's pretty much it.
