Nice place to stay for a night

Good place for an overnight. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not bad. That's pretty much it.

Pros: service de l'employé et la proximité de l'aéroport et le service de navette avec l'aéroport.
Cons: indiquer clairement sur le site les services de stationnement...
Location: plusieurs restos, abordable et populaire à proximité.
Le stationnement était presque inexistant (total de 4 places). Par contre la rue est disponible (mais peu de places à proximité) il faut aller dans les rues avoisinantes. Nous avons loué du côté tranquille (à l'arrière) toutefois notre chambre bien que non-fumeur sentait terriblement la cigarette. Nous avons demandé de changer et on nous a offert une chambre côté rue (assez bruyant)... Un peu triste!!!

Was a nice stay,quite are,but a lots of kids on table breakfast,couldn't get close to coffee and stuffs,we'd love to see a lot of more organization!

2月中旬、雪の日に宿泊しました。バスルームが広い、ベッドのマットレスが良いです。朝食やアメニティは他の空港周辺ホテルと変わりません。たまたま地下の部屋だったので冷気が降りてきて暖房の効きは遅かったですが、暖かく過ごせました。

Cold long wait

Waited in the cold for over an hour as they neglected to mention the hotel shuttle only arrives at airport once you call them Which is not most convenient as there is no pay phones outside where you wait only inside and who travels with 50 us cents in their pocket. When they say on website free airport shuttle they should also mention you have to call them. And to add to that room was an icebox so you couldn't even warm up after waiting out in the cold

Room 227

Don't stay in room 227, it's close to the stairway exit, the door slams and it's extremely noisy. We paid for double queen beds and ended up with a single king. The staff didn't want to adjust our reservation and the entire trip was awful.

Friendly staff, comfy room

The staff was great, the room was comfy although we were on the first floor which was a little noisy. The hotel was within walking distance from the subway and bus stops. The hotel offered a small, free breakfast, and free transportation to and from the airport. Very nice. Charles was awesome!

Breakfast was great, driver could be nicer to guest when dropping off and picking up guest at airpor(care of luggage rough). Only a 10 min walk from metro. Not bad for a layover hotel.

Evening Best time to be...

Pros: Evening staff was awesome
Cons: If I change my mind and wish to stay a second night please don't change my room.
Location: I was only there to visit my sister and family so this didn't really apply but being born and bred in NY there is always something to do.
The evening staff were the greatest especially Richy P. These guys went all out to assist me and my ServiceDog no hassle check in - even got me coffee after making a fresh pot just for me.My next trip to visit my sister will be spent here! Thank You Richy P. You need a raise!!!
