“Spring Break trip”
The only reason that I did not give this hotel a perfect score was the "comfort" level of the room. While every amenity was incredible and the beds were soft and the pillows perfect, the walls were a bit thin so it got a bit noisy at times. Overall the stay was great. The front desk staff is incredible and are very good at giving suggestions of places to eat (try Queen restaurant in Brooklyn Heights, courtesy of Andrew). My brother and I stayed here for spring break and did activities in both Brooklyn and Manhattan and it is a perfect jumping off point for any and everything you could want to do! I would absolutely stay here again!!
“Wonderful hotel.”
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. Nice selection of food and beverages. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
“Friendly staff, great breakfast”
Rooms are small but bright, well-decorated, and immaculate with wi-fi and balcony. Small kitchenette has sink, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast room is very nice with omelets, muffins, good coffee--much better than I expected. Staff and owner are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Subway and pizza/delis nearby. Some negatives: on-street parking is possible in the neighborhood but the hotel has no garage/lot. Williamsburg neighborhood is not glamorous and somewhat run down but safe.
“The staff was outstanding! I will stay there again!”
I was in for a wedding and needed to get into my room a bit early and they were so kind to accomadate. The complimentary breakfast was not your normal continental breakfast - they actually made you a "made to order" omelette. All the food was very good. I will be going back there again on my next trip to Brooklyn!
“Clean, Modern, Comfortable”
This is a small hotel (maybe 60-70 rooms total on 6 floors. No views worth viewing but the room room was great. Windows had a southern exporsure and light for all rooms as all face the same way. Microwave, refrig. flat screen TV and safe in room. Breakfast was excellent in basement ballroom. Most of the typical (yogert, pastry, french toast or waffle, etc.) but also had made to order omelettes. Best of all was the attitide of all at the fromt desk and the staff at the breakfast area. All were always helpful and seemed to appreciate that we picked their hotel. They could not have been better. We will go back.
“A good place”
This was an interesting safe neighborhood. Lots of people and activity on the Friday Sabbath. This hotel is a bit off the path for accessing the subway, but the people at the desk were very efficient at getting us cars that turned out to be less expensive with 4 people than taking the shuttle. The staff was very accommodating throughout the stay. The place was clean (and, believe me I checked) and comfortable.Joyce
“Nice, comfortable hotel in a safe neighborhood”
The Condor Hotel was a nice hotel in Brooklyn. There are not many to choose from, but The Condor was just fine. Price was not crazy and the rooms were very nice and clean. Service desk even bumped us up to a room with a small outdoor area which was nice. Would stay here again.
“we back there in this december!”
great place we felelings like at home!
“A Hidden Jewel”
This hotel is new - built about 9 months ago. Everything is new and clean - and staff were very courteous and helpful. It is in the middle of a quiet (for New York!) neighborhood with many places to eat nearby within walking distance. If you want quiet and extremely clean, this hotel is for you.
“VERY CLEAN PLACE”
GOOD PLACE FOR STAY AND RELAX, VERY CLEAN.
