Good breakfast, great location just across the street of the mall, good service (staff). Van to the airport is not very clean.

Awful Staff but close to shopping Mall

Cons: Hire staff who care
Location: Shopping
The staff is really bad and they don't really care about customers. They knock and open the door at 8AM and wake you up only to know what time you leaving.. even if I left the no-disturb sign on the door. You can hear the planes take off all night long. Only advantage is that it's close to the shopping mall

Pros: Everything....location, room, shuttle service etc.
Cons: Pricing.... :-)
Location: Applebees & IHOP are RIGHT next door....major outlet mall right across the street...gr8 for an extended layover.
Got in way too early but was able to leave bags (free) & take the 2 min. walk to ihop or u can take the 5 min. walk to the Outlet Mall across the road. Breakfast room was packed but they had a good selection....wish i cud have stayed longer.

Nice hotel, perfect location

Cons: Breakfast room is too small
Location: Across the street from Jersey Gardens Outlet . Very close to EWR . Close to Public transportation
Everything was great ....the only negative was the breakfast buffet. Very small room, not enough tables for all the guests

This is one of the cheaper hotels near Newark Airport so don't expect too much. Rooms are acceptable but breakfast experience is dreadful. Very close to Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall.

It was the cheapest hotel near New York City.

The hotel was pleasant and convenient to the turn pike. It was clean and staff were excellent. The only problem we had was the air conditioner in room was acting up but managed to find a worker who fixed it right away.

Decent airport hotel.

Clean, good sound insulation, capable staff but not much else. Perfectly fine for an airport transfer. Shuttle every 30mn only.

Lovely hotel at a convenient location

Cons: Breakfast is very basic, but ok.
Location: Great dining next door!
Good experience. Breakfast area was relatively small compared to the number of rooms but the food was fine. Room was very comfortable and the hotel is very close (within walking distance) to dining options so great for a business traveller like me.

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Change all the staff with mature sensible people.
Location: Nothing, poor location
Breakfast was good but not a good hotel. My phone went missing from my room as I left it purposely in the room that day. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Good for an overnight to pick up a flight

Everything was as one would expect for this type of hotel. The only drawback was confusion and long lines at breakfast. The room is not larger enough and there were long lines at each station.
