Not impressed with Marriott yet again. Evening front desk staff were short with guests and morning front desk staff were unprofessional by putting down maid service crew loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear.

Pity about the Pick Up

All good except for the half hour I spent waiting for a shuttle that never came. In the end I called and it arrived 15 ins later. Point is that an email to a new guest to make sure they understood the need to call from JFK would solve it.

Great airport hotel

Pros: The staff, free WI-Fi , room, restaurant and airport shuttle.
Cons: Inclusion of an indoor swimming pool.
Location: Location was great for JFK airport - the trip took approximately 10 minutes.
My husband and I were travelling with our 6 month old and 4 year old kids and stayed at the Courtyard for 1 night. On arrival staff were very helpful and competent. The room was clean and welcoming. The restaurant/ bistro was clean and airy with an adequate menu. The airport shuttle worked well. The Wi-Fi worked! All in all an excellent experience. If I could request an improvement, it would be an indoor swimming pool!

We returned late to JFK from the Dominican Republic into the welcoming arms of Courtyard by Marriott at JFK. The staff was friendly and helpful to these weary travelers. The place was spotless and inviting. The room was quiet and comfortable. Great job, CBM, JFK.

Much better than your run of the mill airport hotel where the staff cannot be bothered. The team here go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one, no matter how short it might be. Highly recommended.
