Executive room? Terrible!

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED!
Location: JFK airport only. Not much stores or anything.
I booked an executive room. When I checked in I see a regular sized room which can be booked through anywhere with a lot cheaper price!! The receptionists were terrible and they started knocking on the door before it was check out time. Plus I requested the I will stay a bit longer since I was staying there for my honeymoon! Over all terrible.

Pros: The room is clean, comfortable and quite
We have stayed at the hotel twice while travelling to or from JFK -- very close to the airport and easy to find. The bed is super comfortable, clean room with a spacious bathroom. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Only complaint - a little pricey. But then again, it is very convenient to the airport. There is not a parking lot - you must park on the street but we had no trouble finding a parking space close to the hotel in this residential area.

Terrible stay

Vanishing Room?!?

After a 9 hours flight from Germany, my daughter and I arrived at the hotel to find that our reservation wasn't in their computer. I'm standing there with my confirmation number and correspondence with Hotels.com...but the ladies couldn't find it!! Humm??? Turns out they had given my room to someone else earlier that day. Hotel staff was very curtious but seemed like the left hand didn't know what right hand was doing!! If you arrive hungry, no place to eat nearby without taking a taxi. They do have a small restaurant with a limited menu.
