Great location

The best part about hotel was location. Subway at corner made traveling city a breeze. I was in walking distance to so many awesome bars and restaurants I didn't need to travel far to enjoy the New York has to offer. Staff was super friendly and helpful too.

Excellent stay

Posted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: The location, the newness and the staff
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow
Location: Good restaurants nearby. Enjoyed Da Silvano and especially La Sirene
Needed a reliable hotel near Tribeca and this one checked all the boxes. Seems like a new hotel. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The fitness center small but had the stationary bike I like and during the stay only one other person used it. The staff were excellent, and they have a very helpful list of restaurants nearby they make available when you ask for recommendations. Maritza at the front desk was very helpful.

Awesome hotel in the best location...

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location, location location
Cons: nothing
Location: tons of shopping in soho, restaurants, coffee shops, just about everything and anything within walking distance. Very safe and very comfortable.
Great Hotel, with all the comforts of a Marriott and great service in the best location. Room was a little small (we had the two double beds) but we were in NYC of course! Hotel was in a great location, even served starbucks coffee for us lazy folk that didnt want to go around the corner...Will stay here again when visiting the city!

Comfortable modern hotel close to Subway

Lovely hotel on the border of SoHo and the West Village. We were in Room 2001 which was a top floor room with 2 double beds. We liked the fact that we could actually see the Statue if Liberty out of our window. The hotel had comfortable beds, helpful staff and free wi-fi. Only thing we could think of to improve the room would be to have a mirror in the bedroom as well as the ones in the en suite bathroom. This is only a minor point. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I were to come to New York again.

Courtyard by Marriot, Soho, NY

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Location. Good in the evenings for eating in places such as Greenwich, Soho and good shopping on West Broadway and Broadway.
Location: Really close to Houston St subway. The Hi Line walk was one of the highlights. Essen across the road was good for breakfasts.
Excellent stay. Firstly disappointed to see that our rooms were at the back of the hotel (707 & 708) and we had no outlook but this ended up to be great as there was no noise whatsoever. Beds really comfortable and rooms were smallish but well cleaned every day. Staff at front desk were very helpful and welcoming.

Great hotel, great location.

Pros: Location, nearby facilities and services, access to subway and airport.
Location: Ideal location for Greenwich Village - great places to wander, eat, drink.
Great hotel, great location, subway (1 Train) on same block. Subway to JFK (E Train) 3 blocks away. Located in a developing area, lots of new offices and businesses opening nearby BUT so much better than Times Square or the other 'Tourist Trap' areas of NYC. Greenwich Village just up the road a few blocks, great bars, restaurants and entertainment a short walk away. Hotel has a small cafe, but there are loads of options nearby. Little Italy across the road is great for simply Breakfast Bagels, but lots of other options available. Hotel is fairly new (2 years old), it was still being built the last time I stayed on this street. Rooms are great, compact but have everything you would hope for in a hotel. There are many MUCH smaller rooms in NYC that you would pay much more money for. Room was very well maintained and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again on future visits.
