Nice hotel with terrible unprofessional staff

Cons: Send staff for more training
Arrived at Hotel at 1:00 pm. Was told by very rude staff that check-in is at 3:00pm. Question? Why is check-in at 3:00 and Check-out at 12: noon. This is not what I consider a full day rental. The staff was not very patient in explaining this. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, never seen a 3:00 check-in. To make matter worst, they rob you with a 12 noon check out. That's only 21 hours! The last time I checked their were 24 hours in a day. Won't stay here again!

Great for early morning flight out of LGA

Great time / Nice hotel

Pros: clean, convenient, comfortable and nice
Location: near airport, citi field, east to get all over from this spot due to public transportation
I found this hotel because of its convenience to LaGuardia Airport, but it was much more. Nice hotel with outdoor pool. Shuttle to and from airport. They told me where to eat, sold me discount bus and subway tickets in gift shop and told exactly how to easily get back and forth from manhatten. Rey at the front door is super nice as well as all the staff.

Location: nothing
the pool was relaxing too many old people cannot listen to music at the pool side no room service not much of selection to eat a movie rental was 16.99!!!! could not believe it room was small way too small for 185.00 per night

Roomy and Comfy....

Pros: Location, Bartender, Pool, Big Rooms... ;}
Cons: Breakfast Sandwiches - grab and go kind of stuff.
Location: The location is perfect for catching that early morn flight to ANYWHERE.... and having rental car drop-offs just 2 blocks away is great.
After 6 hours of the Pride Parade in Manhattan we were soooo glad to find a comfy room and quick check in. The staff was well organized and available. But the best of the best was the delightful Lady Bartender that evening. Lifting our spirits as well as dishing them out. BRAVO. Did I mention the rental car drop off is just walking distance and the pool was a nice bonus.

The hotel staff was great...Ana was very helpful. The room was ok, wasn't bad or awesome. My only issue, that one of the towels had stains in it, but that was it. For an overnight stay, it was fine.

Hotel experience

First thing is the front desk staff was very helpful. I've stayed at plenty of Courtyards before but I think this was the first time my stay wasn't pleasing. The parking situation is horrible. To pay almost $30 a night parking fee for a parking lot that only holds 50-60 cars maybe is FRUSTRATING. My refrigerator in my room didn't work. The staff did replace the old one but they took all my belongings in the refrigerator and was never returned even after requesting that they be brought back. The room had no book to tell me the channel guide so I was always searching for what I wanted to watch. The outlets were very loose so every 30 minutes I had to make sure my phone and tablet were still charging. It wasn't a horrible stay but those are small things I shouldn't have to worry about while paying that much money for a room. Yes it's New York, but those small things should just be automatic

Staff were excellent, efficient and professional

Pros: We have stayed at Courtyards previously and we find the hotel room to be very clean. The lobby and dining area is set up very nicely.
Cons: The room has glasses made of glass, would much prefer plastic "glasses" due to sanitary and health concerns.
Location: The location near LGA was great as was the proximity to the event we were attending.
The check in and out was great. The staff were friendly and very good. The pickup and return to LGA was excellent with the drivers being courteous and friendly. The only issue we had was in the dining room on Sunday night. The staff were difficult to locate. Service took an extremely long time especially for the food to arrive.
