Efficient and clean....thin walls

Pros: Efficient. Friendly. Close proximity to the airport. Nice restaurant next door. Modern interior and rooms.
Cons: The walls are too thin, and therefore allow too much noise to travel between rooms. The hotel is tough to access from the North.
Location: Hotel has a nice restaurant, The Lobby, next door. The freeway is accessible when leaving the hotel. Elizabeth is a nice town within 10 min drive.
The hardest part about my stay was getting to the hotel in my rental car. The hotel is situated on a one-way road which is not overly accessible when coming from the North. Once inside, the staff was pleasant, procedures quick, and room spacious and clean. Had the walls not been so thin my stay would have been extremely relaxing, but my neighbor was on the phone late into the night, and early in the morning. I went to bed and woke with their voice in my room.

No crown for this hotel

I thought staying at a Crown Plaza over a Holiday Inn for same price was a no brainer! I was disappointed from the very beginning by the long wait for a hotel shuttle. Took almost an hour, later found out they only run every half-hour. The Holiday Inn had at least five shuttles in the time I waited for the CP shuttle. That started my less than stellar experience. Probable would have given it 3 stars or more had the shuttle been more available. First impressions count!

Great staff, good for the price.

Pros: staff, shuttle driver (all South American) most personnel from NJ are
Cons: The screen TV guide is old school but no big deal. Someone needs to tell citizens of NJ that black & dark gray aren't the only color of clothes.
Location: There was a bar (100 yards left) with pretty good food & liquor store within walking distance, I saw lots of gangster houses near by.
The desk people were the best, I watch a lot of TV and expected Tony Sopranos fat sister but the employees were great, especially a young man at the desk name Thiago and the shuttle driver. Thank You for the "extra mile" "exceeding expectations" etc etc, your staff did them all.
