Pros: The staff were always willing to help, nothing was too much for them. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and it was in a perfect place :)
Cons: nothing it was good as it is :)
Location: Close to Time Square and not far from many attractions such as Grand central station. Also bus stops near by so you could get to the rest of New York.
The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location on the hotel was perfect and the rooms were lovely too. Everything was just amazing! :) and having free wifi was great as well!

A lovely, friendly place to stay

Pros: The staff My room Cleanliness
Cons: I cannot think of anything!
Location: The hotel is central for just about anywhere in Manhattan!
This was my first visit to New York and I was not disappointed. The staff in this delightful hotel are absolutely first rate and made my staff all the more enjoyable. I have a temporary but very painful disability (awaiting a total hip replacement courtesy of the UK's National Health Service) and everyone went out of their way to assist when needed. My room was very comfortable and the shower provided a truly wonderful massage to sore hips!! Thank you, Distrikt Hotel, for such excellent service.

Great hotel & location reasonably priced

- 4 days business stay. Pros: - New hotel, well designed. - Great midtown location, easy transportation. - Nice and comfort rooms, size ok for NYC - Stuff was great and responsive (late checkout, etc.) Cons: - Breakfast room must have some windows (to avoid smells from the kitchen...) Bottom line - highly recommended !

Great hotel. Central to everything

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: It's locality friendliness of staff.
Location: The street was a tad on the seedier side but did not feel unsafe. Close to subway and bus station, restaurants, the excellent beer authority bar.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. One minor moan. We chose it to go to NY for my 60 th. We were promised a cake and my partner emailed ahead.it didn't appear. I was- bit disappointed.not that after 3days of NY food I really needed it!

Overnight business trip. Perfect spot.

Pros: Clean. Good location.
Location: It's near Time Square. Enough said.
The hotel is very nice. Upscale feeling and the staff reflects that. The beds were super comfy and I thought the room was quite large for a hotel in NYC.

Convenient hotel for New York sights

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Central location, helpful staff,
Location: Plenty of places to eat, close to Times Square, Broadway, subway access
We had a pleasant stay at the Distrikt Hotel, the staff were excellent, it's very central for the sights. Coffee and cocoa to help yourself in the lobby, morning and evening. The room was comfortable, beds with deep mattresses, bathroom well appointed and kept spotless by the cleaners. We would go back again any time

Good place to be.

Pros: Clean. New. Location. Staff
Cons: Hotel bar. Like just about every hotel bar it is rather soulless.
Location: Next door to Port Authority bus terminal, and at the heart of midtown Manhatten. Subway just 100 yards away. Very convenient for connections.
Great location in midtown Manhatten. Clean and modern room. Friendly and helpful staff. We were on 23rd floor which was quiet. Could see the Empire State building from our window (just!). It was our wedding anniversary during our week in the hotel and we were surprised and delighted that the hotel gave us a small 'anniversary cake' to celebrate. Very nice touch. We would not think of going anywhere else on our next visit to NYC.
