Our toilet was overflowing not by anything we did. There was toilet water all over the floor and I called down to have someone come clean the mess and fix the toilet. I was told there was no engineer on property and was delivered a plunger and towels and was told I would need to clean it myself. So disgusting!!!!

Old hotel, reception staff was good but the lady who check us in didn’t provide any information about the restaurant hours or the location of the elevators, or check out time. She wasn't very friendly. We did get cookies. We went to the restaurant for dinner. The server was so busy. There was an old man handing the menus and bringing food out but no one came back to our table to offer more water or to check if we wanted dessert, etc. Chicken Parmigiana was great. Pizza taste was good. The dough was okay.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and have always had a nice experience. Areas of improvement would include adding more towels per room, shower cleanliness, and lacking basic amenities like a fridge. There is a communal microwave but there’s plenty of space in the rooms for a fridge & microwave. Very close to the airport and overall a good experience.

The one thing missing was a fridge. How do rooms not have a fridge in the room? Other than that room was clean. Weird that our towels were on the bed versus the bathroom, but everything was very clean.

Jannah at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I booked a room night before a flight and on return flight. I lost my car key - she went out to parking lot to assure me my car was there. Went back to my room and searched for my key - found it. I’m beyond grateful for her. For someone to walk outside in the rain searching for my car to give me peace of mind, was amazing and very much appreciated

This is a good hotel for transiting passengers flying via Newark. It has a good restaurant which has made it easy to have food on short status. The shuttle to EWR is convenient also.

I will not stay in that place again, they have a large but very dirty building, breakfast is not included and costs 28 dollars per person!!! and there is no variety in the buffet. The air filters were disgusting and music was heard all night.

It snow while I was there and they plowed the snow in front of the guests cars. Also was there for 3 days no one came to clean the room the day after when we came to the room at night it was the same mess. Other than that it was clean.

I liked the open area when entering the hotel, I liked the bar area and the staff was great. my room was clean and neat, and enjoyed my room stay. very comfortable. I was only there for one night so take the grain of salt. After getting to my room i got thirsty so went to the vending area and the machine was empty and it looked that way for some time. the machines were not updated or replaced in years.
