I only expend one day the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable the transports to the airport was on time and fast.

“Great Amenities, service and location”

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at DoubleTree. I was expecting mediocre close-to-the-airport service, but was greeted with kindness and appreciation. The staff was extremely helpful in offering advice and transportation accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!

After a long flight, that bed was so inviting--I hated to get up the next day-- When ever I'm in NY, this is the Hotel i'll stay at again.

The hotel has a shuttle bus that picks you up from JFK airport and drops you off at your terminal. The rooms are tidy and decently sized.

The hotel was located in the perfect spot while I did my business in the tri-state area (NY, NJ & CT). The hotel was easy to get to from JFK and has a good restraunt and very friendly staff.

“Very Nice!”

This Hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly. They give you yummy cookies at check in!!! The only complaint was that the toilet had a small leak and the shower didnt have a lot of water pressure. But overall it was great and I would stay there again. The commute into the City wasn't the greatest either.

“Just right”

I had an all around excellent experience at the Doubletree JFK. It was very clean, extremely comfortable, and the staff went to great lengths to be helpful. It appears to be a popular stopover for flight crews. The hotel is most convenient for its proximity to the airport, but I also used public transportation to go into NYC, using the convenient hotel shuttle to the airport (5min), AirTrain (20min), and subway (15-20min on line E to 5th Avenue). Total cost of transport was $12. The Long Island Railroad to NY Penn Station on 34th Street can also be used instead of the subway. Cabs to and from NYC charge a flat fee of $45 plus a $4 toll. It can be quite cost effective when compared with higher room rates in Manhattan.

“A nice stop-over hotel!”

the hotel was great! the hot cookies a nice surprise! the restaurant service was slow but the food was good! We were on the way home from Spain and stayed 1 night here before heading home to Calif. The smartest thing we could have done!
