I booked this hotel at the last minute and expected a dump. It was actually very nice and the location was great. The room was not enormous, but it was very clean and comfy. The staff was nice. When we received "welcome cookies" upon check in, we knew we would like this hotel.

My stay was excellent, the hotel was very nice and the staff was great. My only complaint is that there were no coffee makers in the room and if you wanted cofee room service would deliver it for 20.00 once all the fees were included. At least it was starbucks! Save your money and walk to the Starbucks two blocks away. Aside from that, no complaints.

The best service we ever get when in New York has been here! (3ed stay) I walked out and left my lap top in the room. (case full of camera eqipment) one phone call and it was on the way fed ex. every thing in tact!. Cant remember the host name in the dine area for am shift but she is like a tour guide as well.great location you wont be disapointed

This hotel was a wonderplace to stay and I loved how they greet you with warm, fresh baked cookies. Our room was spacious and clean...no complaints! This hotel is centrally located, close to the subway and restaurants are everywhere.

This hotel is right in the middle of new york and has everything you need; the concierge gave great restaurant recs. and the subways were nearby!!The rooms were clean quiet and big; i would give this a 4.5 star reccommendation!!!

“Unbelievable Sute”

My girfriend and I were extremely impressed with the service and the suite that we reserved. It was beautiful, extremely clean and best of all it had a balcony. The only issue that we had was that the walls seemed to be paper thin. We were a little bit concerned but after a while it didn't matter because our room was in a corner of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to feel romantic and need a clean relax stay in NYC.
