Good hotel between wall street and Battery ParkPosted Aug 26, 2014
Small, beautiful and clean room with comfortable furniture, quality linens. Windows look at the buildings - oh well, its New York, what can we expect. 2-cup coffee machine was useful to us. One time the elevator was broken, but rest was all good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, ok locationPosted Aug 26, 2014
The hotel room was small but cozy. Lobby was kind of crammed. Everything in the room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable & the staff was nice.

Convenient location and a tight spacePosted Aug 20, 2014
The hotel building is new and was probably constructed where one or two townhouse-seized structures stood. This makes for a tight fit. For example, there is space for only three elevators servicing 44 floors. Long waits to get up to your room were to be expected. Also, for two days housekeeping failed to replace our bath towels, although the desk sent up the mousing towels promptly when the matter was brought to their attention.

Great location, reasonable pricePosted Aug 18, 2014
Location: Lots to do, Freedom Tower, Battery Park, Wall Street, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty ferries. Lots of great little restaurants.
Overall, the hotel is great, they great you with a warm chocolate chip cookie. The staff was always smiling, willing to help any way they could. The only issues we had, was the king size bed seemed to be 1 foot too short. I expect the rooms to be small, but not the bed, and the elevators do take a while.

Great location. Beautiful AreaPosted Aug 18, 2014
Overall hotel was very nice and clean. Only problem elevators take a lil long sometimes because theres only 3 for a 42 floor hotel.

Simply awesome!Posted Aug 18, 2014
Hotel staffs especially bell boy, and cleaning ladies were courteous, and fabulous. Only the disappointment was the phone reception and in-room wifi service with surcharge. My T-mobile iPhone got barely 1or 2 signal level in the room. When we signed up for wifi for 10 bucks a day, it was still slow for paying that amount. If you don't need to work in-room, there's a free business center in the lobby. I could not use that for security reason. Will be no problem for peoe who don't use network much.
