“Couldn't wait to check out”

location smelled of swamp gas, hotel had a strange odor, light didn't work, shower didn't work, generaql grubbiness in the middle of nowhere thumbs down!

The staff were courteous, except for the housecleaning lady (at the time of checkout she was just outside the room bossing over other housekeeping staff) i had a do not disturb sign on my door and she kept sayin make sure u take it off when u check out i said well of course to which she made such a frowned up face , these people simply dont know what it means to a guest to be recieved and sent off warmly ruin the entire goodwill created by the front desk. Hotel dint even provide shampoo conditioner, no dish washing soap and then they expect you to leave the dishes as clean as you found them in other words dont use them. The nearest walmart was 3 miles across multiple exits on these confusing side roads and freeways on NJ!!. only if the hotel was situated near some restaurants i could give it a 4 star there were no gas station nothing whatsoever just a canal nearby with overgrown reeds. im a loyal extended stay customer and have used their properties on numerous times in cali but if iw ere to travel to the same location id not opt for this hotel only due to its location rest everything suited me just fine

the hotel was sub par and reeked of cigarette smoke. the windows were difficult to open. outside noise was at high levels.

For the price it was more than I expected. The staff was helpful as much as they could. The location of the hotel was a little difficult to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area.

“I´d stay here again”

We wanted to spend a couple of days visiting NYC but didn´t want to pay big bucks for a hotel in Manhattan so we stayed at this hotel. Note, you´ll need a car to go to NYC since this hotel is kind of out of the way. I understand you can take a bus close by but we didn´t find it. We drove to NYC. The lobby and ailes of the hotel could use a little more maintenence and could be a little cleanaer but rooms were confortable, spacious and clean. I am satisfied with what the hotel offered considering the price.

“Stay away from this place”

I only booked and stayed at this place trusting a 4* review on Expedia. To my horror, the hotel, was far from it. First, I can called the hotel earlier to confirm late check-in. When I got there at 10pm, the front door was locked, and no one responded to calls, or knock on door. Finally after 30 mins someone opened the door. I got a key right away, but the room was awful. It was dirty, the bathroom was stinky and had brown spots and rust in many places. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I checked out the next morning, and called Expedia to cancel the rest of my stay there. Fortunately Expedia was kind enough to reach back to the hotel and help me cancel my reservation, and refund me for the rest of my stay. I will definitely stay away from this place, and not go back to any Extended Stay.
