We would like the rooms to be clean Dailey fresh towels maybe a little more breakfast

There was no water pressure or wash rags in the bathroom. When I ask for wash rags I was told "Sorry, we don't have any right now." How can a hotel chain that big not have enough towels???? I miss placed something and when I looked under the beds to see if it was there, the floor was absolutely filthy. Instead I found two articles of clothing belonging to a small child. It stated in their flier that they have free wi fi, but when I went to use it, I couldn't get on without "upgrading" for a fee. I could not get a signal for my phone either. Every time I went to use my cell phone I had to go outside and walk away from the building, towards the street. In addition to being upset over these problems, they offer maid service for a FEE!!! That is insane!!! The prices of the rooms should be lower since they don't offer free maid service!!! I've never ever been in a hotel that doesn't offer maid service as part of their room charges. There was a day I was leaving my room and there was a maid in the hallway with her cart of towels and cleaning supplies and she was sitting on the floor texting on her cell phone. How unprofessional was that??? I was very disappointed with this hotel and will never stay in one of their facilities again ANYWHERE!! The only thing that was nice about the whole experience was Michelle, the front desk clerk, did a phenomenal job every time I spoke to her. She was cordial, caring and very professional!!!!

place is junk, service is junk

Pros: the bed was comfy
Cons: workers could worry more about customers than texting in back room
Place was horrible. Booked a 2 bed double room get there don't have it. So i get one with king bed instead and ask for roll out bed 3 times. she tells me sure. meanwhile i was standing at counter for over 10 min as she comes out texting. go out in city come back at around 1 am no roll away bed. have to find one myself laying around the halls. go downstairs to get sheets and pillows, same thing texting staff not helping me. place is a dump had no garbage can in room or no shampoo for shower. 1 bar of soap for 3 grown adults. breakfast was 1 jug of stale coffee and a bag of crunch granola bars. will never show here again

Excellent employees, telephone charges too high.

Cons: Notify guest of long distance charges.
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel,however I was very much disappointed with my telephone bill $260.00 can you imagine! my telephone bill was more the my stay. My stay at Extended Stay America was a very good experience from being picked up at the airport to the front desk staff to my departure and trip back to the airport. The only problem I had was the air conditioner in my room #109 was not blowing very cold air. I did not report this to the front desk because I fell asleep and forgot to say something in the morning because I departed at 5AM

Front desk absent after 11:00pm.

Cons: Night desk person should be replaced
If you call front desk after 11:00 pm you get a recording. If you check out before 5:00 am (to catch an early flight), you will have to bang on the desk to wake up the guy sleeping in the next room. He will be angry, and won't print out a receipt that you may need to file an expense report. People who hate people ought not to have jobs where you meet people! Rooms are new, nicely done, and have everything you need to cook in your room if you have a special diet. They charge extra to change sheets and park, but the wifi is free.

Location was convenient

Cons: staff was not friendly, coffee & breakbar was average
Location: on/off expressway, convenient shopping nearby
Fire drill on Tuesday @11:30p was unexceptable. Smoke alarms on 3rd floor for >1.5hr on Wednesday between 745 - 9:00p was unacceptable. Guest opened door to room to dispel alarm.

Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. Room was stinky, sheets hard , there was no comforter it was some thin cheap blanket with stains. Never again ! This is a dirty motel.
