Close to airport but nothing else.

Posted Oct 22, 2014
If you're coming in late at night and just need a good place to stay close to airport, this is a good hotel. But if you arrive late afternoon be aware that the hotel is in the middle of an industrial section of town and there is nothing within walking distance except a gas station. The hotel room did have a menu of one pizza/Italian restaurant that would deliver, but that was the only option. With that said, the complimentary wifi and continental breakfast are great. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place outside NY City

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Not to far from St. Johns University (about 20 min.) The staff, bottled water, cookies and a great breakfast.
Location: We went into the city for a show and dinner.
We arrived at 2:00am, happy to find a safe location with lots of lighting. Everyone from the desk clerk to the breakfast staff was helpful and kind. We did not require a great view or a swimming pool, just a clean comfortable room. Cold bottled water in our room, cookies in the reception area and a hot healthy breakfast was a treat. The room had a fridge and microwave. We were pleased with our choice.

Close to the airport and convenient.

The night desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I needed transportation to Manhattan, she gave a wake up call and I had a nice ride to my daughter's graduation in a limo/taxi.

The Only Thing I Would Change Is ThAt Hotel Needs Another Shuttle. The Wait For The Shuttl Was Too Long.

Read the offers carefully. It was a bait & switch

Posted Sep 7, 2014
The hotel is fine. Nothing special. I got stuck at LaGuardia and needed a place to stay, fast. So I found this place on Expedia for what I thought was a reasonable rate. Turns out that rate only applies if you book 3 nights. So I had to pay almost double the posted rate because I was desperate. Not a really positive experience with Expedia or the hotel if you ask me.

Loved my stay!

Posted Aug 11, 2014
All staff was pleasent and knowledgable, our room was very clean and cozy and the facilities around the room were all clean too. I'd recommend this not only for the staff and cost efficient rooms, but for the free parking, wifi, and breakfast. This hotel would be best described as a diamond in the ruff.

Nice little hotel close to LaGuardia airport.

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was good with a comfortable bed. We had to catch a 5:45 AM plane. The shuttle was on time, the driver was nice, and the motel provided a simple breakfast in the breakfast room refrigerator since we were too early for the regular one. They also had free fresh baked cookies in the evening. The exercise room was small but the equipment was good. But, my husband was disappointed that the SNY channel was not included in the channel lineup.

The shuttle service was outstanding, on time and ready at all times. Drivers were kind and considerate. The complimentary breakfast was good. Location is a bit far from downtown Flushing.

Clean hotel near Laguardia Airport, NYC

Posted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were pleasantly surprised by the Fairfield LGA, with the slight exception that it's mostly on-street parking (not a motel lot). We usually stay at Hamptons or Holiday Inn Express and occasionally a Hilton Garden Inn due to consistently good experiences, but none of those were near LGA airport for our morning flight. Not much airport or construction noise. My wife left her purse in the breakfast area and staff was great to put it at the front desk with no loss. Bed was good. Bathroom was clean. TV worked fine.

The basics

This provided a night near the airport which was convenient. This isn't a place to hang out.
