Pros: Rooftop patio with gorgeous city view Breakfast was delicious and staff was always replenishing Lovely lounge area with TV Glass shower, comfy beds
Cons: Breakfast extended until 10am weekdays. We felt rushed to eat Hotel pool would be ideal for families with kids $28 for parking is ridiculous
Location: Underground subway was a short distance away about 20 mins. Shopping was conveniently walking distance.
We were skeptical at first when we arrived. The surroundings of the hotel made me feel a little unsafe. Empty buildings across the street and graffiti walls. I felt foreign as the area was something I had never seen before. Once entering the hotel, my feelings completely cb aged. I forgot about the surroundings and was no longer concerned for my family and I. This hotel had new written all over it. Modern design and great feel overall made me realise that this hotel was a five star. The room was a little tight for the five of us but we made it work.

Great hotel, close to Barclay's Center and mall.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Close to shopping, arena.
Location: Barclay's Center, Atlantic Terminal/Center mall and lots of restaurants and pubs.
Great room with a 10 minute walk to the mall and Barclay's center. Easy access to all trains. Staff was incredible, worked incredibly hard and you could see it just watching them. Black car service is a nice touch. Room was smaller than expected but nothing smaller than what should be expected in New York. Overall, this was a great hotel and would easily recommend it to anyone, anytime.

Family wedding in neighborhood

Posted Jun 6, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Check in was harried, too many guests and too few staff. As noted above, having a separate service elevator (probably isn't realistic)
Location: Easy to get to downtown Brooklyn sites, can walk to subway, or walk period (we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, fabulous!)
Overall very good; the smallness of the room (and way too few elevators, which also tended to break down) was offset by the terrific roof terrace and the spacious breakfast area, plus the convenience of on-site parking. Better than average hotel chain breakfast and fantastic fresh bagels!

Nice Hotel, But....

My stay was nice, but my beds were very uncomfortable! I switched rooms, and the new bed was slightly better than the first. My back was hurting for 3 days!
