Close to everythingPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Staff, breakfast, location
Cons: I don't know if all the A/C units are like the one we have, but ours was noisy.
I stayed there for 4 night with my wife and our two children (both 3yo) in a classic room, 9th floor. The hotel staff was very kind and professiona all the time, the room very clean, although it was a bit small (we had a classic room, so not the biggest they have). The only thing that annoyed us was the noise from the air conditioning system; the first night was very annoying, then fortunately we were too tired from our daily visit in the city to be bothered from the air fan.

Perfectly Situated in MidtownPosted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Location was fabulous
Cons: Keeping breakfast stocked more speedily.
Location: In the middle of the Flower Mrkt, close to Penn Station, Empire State Building, Flatiron District, Midtown, Chelsea, High Line and two subway stations
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was perfectly situated in midtown with access to two separate subway lines. Staff was friendly and met all our needs. Breakfast was sometimes slow to replenish but was always packed with patrons. There is no variety to the breakfast but is adequate for most tastes.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were a little small. But were appropriately sized for New York City. The Staff was terrific!

Good, central location.Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, size of hotel, breakfast was well done, food quite good and replenished quickly.
Location: Very good access to lower manhattan and midtown, and to bus transportation in particular. Taxi traffic was plentiful, too. Florists everywhere.
Very positive. Staff very warm, responsive to requests for help, such as luggage storage, and responding to minor things, too.

Very nice, very clean.Posted May 5, 2015
Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. It's a small hotel, the room was small, but we were very comfortable and felt very safe. It suited us well for a long weekend. It was within walking distance from MSG, and other attractions. We would stay there again, and recommend it.
