Nice hotel close to the family.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Love going to a place where the people greet you with a smile and are very kind. The entire staff was awesome. Nice to also be across from airport where the kids saw the planes take off and land.

Hotel in Newark airport areaPosted Aug 4, 2014
Needed a stay for two nights next to Newark airport. Hotel is ok for that purpose - do not expect too much from it. Breakfast is simple. We did not eat it second day.

Convenience is keyPosted Jul 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Close to the Newark airport and a 24 hour shuttle service made this a great spot for me. We dropped a camera full of memories in the shuttle van and it was at the desk in the morning. Very nice! Room was clean and quiet. I like that they have a "NO PARTY" policy and back it up by having each guest sign off on it.

Staff was very helpful, room was great, but the location was very difficult to get to even with GPS. The staff even agreed to how challenging the location is. Very comfortable beds though!!!!

Pros: The closeness to the airport and hot items on the breakfast menu
My recent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Newark Liberty International Airport was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and very informative about the local area.

Pros: The bed was amazing.
Location: Very close to the airport.
It was a little confusing getting to the hotel but the staff is very professional and courteous. Parking costs $10.00. The room was pleasing and the bed was amazing.

Not the BestPosted Jun 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Took an hour and a half to get to the hotel from the airport. Very difficult location. Room very small. No restaurants anywhere near it. Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast good.

We apologize for the experience you had at our Hotel, I realize how important it is that our guest are happy and satisfied with their stay. However some factors occasionally cause an unanticipated interruption with our guarantee of service. I wanted to take this time to apologize for the AC not working, and I understand the location of our hotel is hard to find. Due to the issue I made sure our staff is trained on how to better handle this situation. Thank you so much for your feedback. Once more, I apologize for your inconvenience. We look forward to your next stay.
