We were told our room was cancelled and was offered a room a few blocks away. A good thinking staff was able to find a cancellation and we were very grateful as we could join our friends who had been there four nights before. We saw what we could in the two and a half days in New York.

Could not fault this hotel. Very clean. Helpful staff. Tasty bagels, muffins, yoghurt, cereal for breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee 24 hours/day. Good central mid town position. New York hotels are pricey. This one is top end price for three star, but very good.

I picked Broadway Plaza Hotel for a wkend getaway with my girlfriends to celebrate my special day. It had the availability and the price range I was looking for. All three of us loved the convenient location, the spacious, clean rooms and the courteous staff. It was an excellent choice for what we had in mind. We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we're in NYC and will be happy to recommend it to others.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much space was in the room! We took the smallest room they had, and thought there'd be barely room to breathe-but not so! Two wing chairs, Tv on stand, and a big dresser, King size bed, and a writing desk with books if you have time! Thought the bathroom was spacious. Although you can tell the building is old because of the crown molding and the beams in the ceiling, it has been very well taken care of. The only reason no 5 star on cleanliness, is it needed dusted better, especially spaces behind the chair and under tables. I am a bit of a neat freak, so I notice the dust. The bed was very clean, and comfortable!
